Best option to stay in Perambalur. A Safe and secure place to stay with family. Very friendly and cooperative staffs . Rooms are neat and clean and well maintained. The food they serve in their restaurant is also of good quality and in a reasonable price ( only lunch and dinner available). Thank you Star MSR for your service.

Previously very customer friendly. But last lime confirmed 6 rooms. After reaching there they are provided only 2 rooms and asking us to wait for 4 hrs to get balance rooms. So bad experience, we cancelled our booking

I stayed in this hotel with my family for a week in March 2025. Really a nice experience to have a stay in this hotel. Very courteous and co operative staff Including front office staff. Neatly maintained rooms, 24 hrs hot water facility with a multi cousine restaurant offering lunch and dinner and a good coffee shop. Hardly 200 mtrs away from Trichy-Chennai highway. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

No refunds or deductions at cost, even if the problem is with them. We were on a family road trip and reached this place around 2 am to rest and sleep. We stopped at Star MSR Residency to stay. At that time, no one was there at reception, after too many calls / shouting, 1 person came. He showed us 2 rooms to stay. We are 5 + 1 kid and one room is not enough coz rooms are small. So we had to see 2 rooms, the rooms he showed were good and neat. So we are fine and we bring the family inside the hotel. It took us around 10 minutes for this, in this gap the receptionist changed the rooms. He said, instead of the shown room we can have another 2 rooms for stay. We saw the room not so complaining, so we accepted. 1 room was completely fine (except heater) and the other room where ladies stayed had lots of problems. That is the room the receptionist said, is good for ladies. The fan doesn't work, the heater doesn't work. It was early winter, without a heater, we had a huge trouble there. After informing the receptionist, he came and checked and nothing happened. Ladies and my kid suffered a lot with that cold water. We check out @ 8 am (yes, not even a full day stay, just a few hours and we paid for a full day) with full stress. Even though, we asked for a discount, they never gave us any, coz the inconvenience we had was fully their fault. The thing was they got the full money at the time of check-in itself. Visiting here, loss of sleep and health. We are having a cold now Check all the aspects before booking this place. Less recommended.

It was amazing to stay here 5 days ... Neat rooms... Delicious food at proper time.... Good service... Enjoyed staying at Perambalur..... It just the same as written in the restaurant..feel like home

They charged Rs. 1456 for one night. Room size was small. But facilities were good.

We went for a retirement party. Was very good. Toilets wer neat and clean.

Service was poor and never expected a room of this old and poorly maintained to be this expensive. They tell you a price at first which they also mention that it's inclusive of GST and then they charge you extra saying it's GST. What the hell?
