Elite Inn (Muthu's)

I had very bad experience in this hotel on 9th Jan 2025. While they providing room they spoken nicely. When we entered room and been for refreshment but there is a problem in hot water starting from that TV is not working, no response from the admin. Even there is no frequent power supply, due to this my friend stuked in Lift suffered for 10min. He started to shout and after 10min they turn on the generator. We frequently asked for hot water for shower, they brought in the bucket after 2 hours. For this even they didn't felt sorry. They are saying like you should ask everything initially What the hell. This is the worst experience I had in this hotel. Please before reaching or booking the rooms, make sure everything available, if not look for better hotels for the same money 2200 for 2 beds.

Skip this hotel .Not even worth half the price. AC does not work Commodes are broken Fan speed cannot be regulated Bathrooms are stinking Overall horrible experience

The room was new and clean it had a great ambience. The pricing was fair and the location was perfect. If the hotel had a restaurant I would have given a 5 star rating. It would have been more better if there were more toiletries and coffee maker in the room. Overall a nice and pleasant stay.

This place was great. The room and bathroom were clean and the staff were beyond kind, polite and helpful. We were driving an electric auto across the country and they assisted us in ensuring we could charge it at the hotel and security looking after the place was great. We ordered food through their partner restaurant which was SO GOOD and came really quickly as well. The boys downstairs at reception were just lovely - thank you!

Poor location, parking space is small like u can park only 2 cars infront of the hotel, restuarant food tastes ok bt costly, poor room services and misbehaved service desk members. Rooms are okay, bt AC is so nosiy and cockroaches can be seen in the bathrooms. 2/5 for over-all service and facilities

Hotel rooms and services offered are good and upto the mark. Hotel located on the market area and 3km from walajapet bus stand. But there was not enough parking. Max of 3 cars can be parked in the parking area. Hotel doesn't have restaurant in it.
