Sremethila Hotels

They charged 8500 for a very sub standard experience. The first room allocated to us was having termite and then they allocated a second room, the room was lacking basic amenities like tissue paper. The restaurant was having low grade dirty crockery and AC was not running. It is at best a one star hotel worth not more than Rs 2000 and they are really over charging. I would highly recommend NOT to stay in this hotel

Everything is Good in this Hotel specially their Restaurant for Morning Complimentary Breakfast. They have Very High Quality Rooms and Washroom. We Loved our stay in this Hotel for 2 days. This is one of the underrated hotel in Rameshwaram

Service - staff behaviour is very bad. They take extra charges for early check-in which is half the price of room. Plus no service at all Room - Pretty good with modern architecture as well as aesthetic Location - Smells like fishes around the hotel. 1.5 km from temple

From the booking time with Nitin the overall process with Sremethila was exceptional well with utmost clarity in a very friendly way. We were welcomed by a well behaved staff overseen by the MD directly. Behavior of the staffs was good. The rooms are well maintained and spacious even with an additional bed. The food was also good. Overall a great experience..

Friendly staff. Always smiling. Very courteous. Housekeeping was also good. We enjoyed the stay here and food is pretty decent as well. Mr Rajshekhar was at the reception. Thank you

The service was terrible . The room service was not available even after we complained about the broken intercom. The rooms and lobby were very unhygienic and we found a foul cigarette smell coming from the central AC . The shower in the bathroom was broken and the most disgusting thing if all was that we found cigarettes , Alcohol bottle and some half eaten plates right infront of our room the smell was so strong that it stinked three floors 1st floor ,2nd floor and the 3rd floor including the smell there were a lot of flies in the hotel. I would never suggest this hotel

The front desk representative Rajasekar has been very helpful during the entire stay. Room was good and spacious. Minor issues in rooms, like the soap dispensers and intercom were not working . Canteen options very limited. Food was just average. Hygiene level poor in canteen area, with lots of houseflies. Overall stay was okay. If canteen sevices could be improved, the hotel could be given a better rating.

We had a good stay at the hotel..the staff were very cooperative especially Mr.Shankar...thankyou for making our stay comfortable.
