Pros: 1. The staff are exceptionally courteous, service-oriented, and cooperative. 2. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, well-maintained, and hygienic. Cons: 1. The food is overpriced. 2. In the entry-level rooms, the "double bedroom" setup features two single beds separated by a fixed partition table, which may not suit couples or those expecting a unified bed. 3. The semi-transparent bathroom doors compromise privacy and may feel awkward for some guests.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a pleasant one-night stay. The location is far from the Temple.

Great hotel, exceptional hospitality. Balamurgan is a great Manager. My son wanted Dal Makhani and we arrived unannounced twice. He arranged tables on his own, took orders, served food, bill. This is why I love Justa, its managers and staff give an exceptional hospitality experience. Once again many thanks to Balamurgan and Justa Rameshwaram (Sarang)

My hotels rating are based on below points. For Hotel Location For Room appearance For service For Food For Electronics 1. Hotel is located on the main road towards Rameshwaram.That's why I would give full star for location. 2. Hotel Room is having little space to move. clean toilets. Having necessary toiletries. But they have some minus points like you get one chai in double sharing beds. Toilet flush position is really bad. You can not open toilet seat fully due to flush point. You need to ask for dustbin. 3. Hotel service was very disappointing you need to remind them 2 times to get things done. You need to order 2 times to get dish, water. Even we need to tell 2 times to get room cleaned. Very disappointing. 4. Food quality was not that much good. In lunch you only get south Indian thali. No ala carte menu for lunch. We had buffet breakfast and dinner. Not that good quality food. You need to wait for many food during buffet. Like wait for tea, coffee, bread etc. 5. Star missed here is because of Charging point. You can only get one charging point near bed. Other charging point is far away from bed. In the current situation charging points are necessity. So here my rating of 1 stands as above and I Definitely do not recommend this place. You may get disappointed.

The Hotel is right on the highway, only around 2.5 Kms from Rameshwaram Jyotirlinga. They have ample parking space & a very quiet ambience. Rooms are small & but cleanliness is okay. We stayed in Room No 208. The major discomfort was the worn out mattress. You can feel the springs popping out. We requested to change the mattress but they didn't had in spare. However the hotel staff provided us one extra folding bed & mattress to compensate for it. The buffet breakfast is okay however one cannot compare it with the one served in North & West India Hotels of similar budget. They serve a South Indian Thali in the lunch. It is truly delightful to have it. Very good quality & variety. A must have if you are staying there. Cost of Thali is also very pocket friendly. Only 175+tax. All in all the Hotel is okay. Management needs to get the worn out mattress replaced by new ones & the ordinary uncomfortable plastic chairs placed in the rooms needs to be replaced by better ones.

Very poor service, food also very cheap, room not good as per the online reviews, don't book this hotel in Rameswaram, because many more options available compare to best rate 3star
