Hotel Temple Gate A/C

Not supporting staffs. Tap and shower was not working properly. Informed at reception but they never came to resolve the problem. Unprofessional behaviour. Corridor was dirty, so is the washroom. Check-in delayed.

Best hotel near temple. Only hotel near temple where they have their own car parking. Best service, Best rooms, Best staff. Very co operative staff. Owner receives phone anytime and takes action. Very good hotel for family. Ver ly comfortable for family. AC and fan both are available.

Make my trip is worst app i suggest not to book any trip using this app i was having confirm booking on this hotel. .hotel does not allow to check in (having confirm booking) ...hotel is of Muslim person...front desk staff is very much arrogant....avoid booking in this hotel

The room doesn't looks like in photographs, don't get urself lured. The state of the bed sheets was appalling - torn and unwelcoming. The staff lacked professionalism, leaving us feeling neglected and frustrated. Cleanliness was a major concern, with the room not meeting basic standards. A miniature, non-functional 12-inch TV was hardly what we expected. This hotel is not recommended for families or groups, as the atmosphere is far from family-friendly. Parking facilities were severely lacking, forcing us to resort to roadside parking. Our stay felt like a complete waste of money, with little value for what we paid. We had to switch hotels mid-trip due to the unacceptable conditions here. After reducing our stay from 3 days to 1, we were met with a no-refund policy - a costly disappointment. In summary, this was a regrettable experience. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here. User 7: The bed sheets were torn and the room was far from inviting. Just about okay. -No clean blankets. It had food stains. -Packed car parking -They gave only 1 water bottle per day for a room shared by 4 pax. Who does that? - For 4 people hotel room, it was decently spacious. It had one king and one queen size bed. -Would re-stay only because of the proximity to temple, eateries at walkable distance & clean bathroom but will be carrying whole lot of things to make the stay bearable.

Large spacious AC/Room, with a king size bed and a queen size bed. We had a sound sleep. Table with 4 chairs available for small refreshments. One bathroom. There are some bad remarks like; No toiletry items were available in the bathroom(bath soap, hand wash etc). Water can is available in the reception area, bottle has to be filled from there. Water heater is available in the bathroom, but we have to contact the reception for switching ON the power connection. Parking is congested. Overall experience was good.

Our AC Room kept clean. Geaser control and AC control kept with reception which is very inconvenient to traveller.

It's close to one of the gates of the Arulmigu Ramanathswamy temple in Rameshwaram. That's all the positive things about it. High demand means high prices. On a normal day, it shouldn't cost more than 1 - 1.5k to stay here for a night. The rooms were ok and clean enough. The staff was accommodating as well.
