Hotel Shanmuga Paradise

I would like to sincerely advise others to NOT TO BOOK this hotel. My family and I stayed here for a day and were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The staff and management were surprisingly rude to us, simply because we chose to use the lift instead of the staircase--an unreasonable and unprofessional reaction. In addition to the poor treatment, the service was below standard, and the rooms were far from clean. The hygiene levels were unacceptable and did not meet even basic expectations. Overall, our experience was unpleasant and disheartening. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Rooms were neat and clean, decent option for families. Located very near to the temple (near west gate). The only suggestion is it would be good they provide hot water geyser instead of general hot water service.

Worst place to stay. The owner shows much attitude and he is very much rude to the customers.The rooms are not clean, no geyser, broken windows, poor room service etc.. They intentionally switch off the power supply and pretend like switching on the generator. Price is too high for such worst stay. It's not safe for women's. There are no windows in the bathroom. I have stayed in many places all over INDIA, but this is my worst experience , and one of the worst room I stayed ever. The owner shows so much attitude as if he is a owner of a star hotel . I personally won't recommend this kind of unworthy hotels for stay.

Very nice Staying place this Hotel.. Nothing to say adverse about this hotel. On the very doorstep of west Gate, I remained with my fmly Regarding hospitality, room condition and all others I am very much satisfied.. Thanks to everyone of the Hotel..

The hotel is very close (20mtr) to west nada .We took a room with 6 beds (family room).The rooms was very spacious but old rooms don't except anything other than 6 beds and two fan.The room has two bathroom one indian and one western,pipes are broken even though we can use for our needs.If you are looking for budget friendly one for a big family go for this.

i Stayed with my family in this Hotel. Rooms are new , neat and well maintained. Staffs are very kind to guide us the darshan and sight seeing activities. Very near to Temple. We felt comfortable , safe to stay there. Thank you staffs and management. Hope to see you soon. All the best

Nice, clean, and best place to stay in Rameshwaram. Just 20 meters away from Shri Ramnath Swami Temple. Pavitra Madam on the reception greets guest with a beautiful smile

Hotel is not unhygienic, management are irresponsible & washroom dont have lock Charged me 3k for stupid room
