Room 401 review best Budget price, no current cut , air-conditioned is working fantastic, water heater is avaliable, crystal clear bathroom water , 4 ppl lift, 100 mts from beach , car parking not avaliable, Auto transportation only, easy to walk from private bus stand. Conjusted streets . 100 metre temple east tower gate. Best and safe for family . Flexible management

Leave about all negative comments, I recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were cozy, and Hemanth and his team provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Also the temple and the beach is in walkable distance. However, the lack of car parking and the hotel's location in a narrow lane were a bit inconvenient. Addressing this issue would make the experience even better for guests who drive. Thank you for the excellent hospitality, and keep up the great work!

If you want a simple room at a great price , with the view to the ocean , you will be very satisfied. The host Hemanth is very helpful and the atmosphere in the hotel nice and intimate. The host at any time when we needed something, took care of our case.

Very bad response and no maintainance, *Bathroom are not clean. *The building is also not good. *It is expensive, but not good *No proper response from management. *(Do not book your rooms in online). *The beds are dirty tey are not cleaning daily. # I request all my brother and sister this hotel is full of scam do not book in online,

This is as good as you get with clean rooms accessible to temple and Beach If you are driving here, nearby car parking spot is around 600 m from the spot. Team was very much accommodating and quick on services.

I went to this hotel as part of makemytrip holiday package. The rooms welcome you with a smell, A/C was not working and the bathrooms doesn't smell good.Management is not good and they do not bother even when you asked about the problems faced by you. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We went to this hotel as part of makemytrip holiday package. It was horrible hotel with no proper amenities. Management is the worst part they don't even know how to deal with customers. They cheated us by demanding extra money while checkout for the things that we didn't spoil. You will not even get a water bottle for free after paying so much for this hotel. Rooms are very small and the bathrooms doesn't smell good. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Save your money. Dont go to this hotel.
