Hotel Royal Residency

AC room doesn't have toilet seater. Can anyone imagine? When asked the staff says its common across rooms and noone uses it. I checked with the next room mate. He said he has the seater, but sprayer is missing in toilet . You should use your own bedsheet and pillow cover as they never wash it. No TV, No hot water. Only advantage i see is it is some what close to temple. Try to avoid if you can

Rooms are at the normal budget prices for both AC and Non AC rooms, the ambience was good. They will provide extra bed and bedsheets in reasonable price when compared to other lodges & hotels.

Exactly 600 meter form main entrance of rameswaram temple and very near by beach having ample parking space Best for family visiting rameshwaram

Worst hotel in Rameswaram I have stayed with family Rooms are not good service is worst no proper response from management no hot water my suggestion. Don't take this hotel

Located in a very good spot which is helpful in going to temple for morning Darshan or evening Darshan and also helpful for going to the beach. The rooms are big and wide and very comfortable for one to sleep in

An average hotel. Hotel is few steps away from the main road those steps didn't allow dirtly with animal waste and construction debris. We booked two 3B room of which one had 11/2 bed and half the space of the other room. Towels provided were two instead of 3 and they didn't come back with the 3rd. We had to ask for room amenities as they were missing for which we got one soap & door mats. The mug had patches. The bathroom hanger for clothes was placed above commode making it unhygienic to keep clothes. The basin mirror wasn't cleaned properly making it difficult to see through. Electricity went off multiple times. Apart from all these negatives, hotel is near to Agniteertham and Rameswaram Temple. Staff were courteous.

Very good hotel near and clean rooms

Very very very worst Hotel even seen in my life. 1. The rooms are very bad. 2. The AC vents are splashing water and it's leaking water throughout the stay. 3. The sealing fan is making too much noise. The basic amenities(towel, soap, etc) are given only upon request. Even the towel was very dirty. The bed sheet was dirty. 4. The approach of the receptionist was very rude. The way of communication was disrespectful. 5. Toilet was unclean, water is very salty and unclean, hand flush in the toilet was not working. I would strongly don't recommend this hotel for any stay even for 1 hour. Not safe even for local people, then think about people coming from other states and districts. I brought my colleagues who are from other states, but I am from Tamil Nadu. They thought I was from other state so they start speaking filthy words in front of me as if I don't understand what they are speaking.
