Best experience this hotel Room was spacious and bathroom full clean and neat athar then hotel back side restaurant isthere they are provided North indian food. we are 7 people we given order to restaurant they are served 15 minutes for food. In rameswaram best hotel highly recommended

Not good service,behave rudely,no other services neither they allowed visitors there .I booked hotel for 3 days but I stay in Ram Leela only for one day due to bad service the staff at the front desk were incredibly rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was visibly unclean, They cut Ac supply continuously, We also experienced significant delays in getting our luggage delivered to our room. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone

I booked this hotel through Goibibo, expecting a three-star property based on the listing. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, let alone three-star standards as the price point was around 6,000 per day. First and foremost, the hotel is located right next to a garbage dump, and the foul stench from it seeped into the bathroom through the vents, making it unbearable to stay. The bathroom itself was in shambles, with broken fixtures and an overall atrocious condition in Room No. 209 provided to me. I have photos of both the washroom and the garbage dump view from the hotel to corroborate this. Adding to the frustration, there was no breakfast provided despite the high price point. To make matters worse, the printer at the hotel was non-operational, and they were unable to provide a proper bill for my stay. I strongly urge the Goibibo Team to inspect and verify the facilities and standards of hotels before listing them at premium prices. This property is not worth the cost or the hassle, and its current state is completely misleading. Travelers deserve honesty and value for their money, and this was a severe letdown. I will not be returning and recommend avoiding this property entirely unless serious improvements are made.

this is not even 1 star, please dont book at all if you are looking for good stay. bathrooms are not clean, restraunt is like road side vendor. no automated power back up. only good thing is very to main temple and AC works. not at all good for family stay.

Hello Guys, humble request to everyone never ever book the hotel through any app because they will cancel your booking once you reach the hotel, stating we send you the mail for 20% payment of in advance but once you go through your mailbox, you will never find such mails. Customer service is horrible they will not talk to you politely. Not at all recommended for family, very bad experience.

Bare minimum facilities as compared to rent charged per room per night. Really poor cleanliness standard. Saving grace proximity to one of the temple entry gates. Otherwise it doesn't offer any value for money

Staff's are friendly and the rooms near and clean and it's the amazing hotel in Rameswaram room service's are good and quick, reception staff's are welcoming the guest very nice way and they guide as to the temple procedure they are arranging the car's and all and one main thing they have restaurant in there restaurant food and all so amazing the foods are fresh and tasty
