Hotel Rameswaram Grand

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rameswaram Grand. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the official check-in time is 12 PM, the hotel kindly allowed us to refresh in a well-maintained room when we arrived early in the morning, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of our checkout, even after vacating the room at 12 PM, they allowed us to safely store our luggage. When we returned in the evening to collect it, they generously provided a room again for us to refresh. The hospitality at this hotel is truly outstanding. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit, and I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I stayed at this hotel last week and, unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. While the rooms were reasonably clean and comfortable, there were several issues that need attention. The TV in the room didn't function properly, which was inconvenient. The service left a lot to be desired--my food order was delayed and, in one instance, not even delivered. When the food did arrive, the quality was disappointing. Additionally, the parking area has no roof or shelter. As a result, my car was soiled by bird droppings, which could have been avoided with a covered parking solution. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the service, food quality, and basic amenities. With a few improvements, this place could offer a much better guest experience.

By evening i went & asked for a room, the reception guy told me no rooms are available. Then i just checked through online, and booked at the same hotel, for about 2k. Without any hesitate he gave me the key. I think there are separate rooms for online booking. The room which got was not satisfying. The room was just ok. Bed and ac cooling was good,i had a good sleep. Mirror was not clean. Bathroom is full of stain. They also have restaurant. The food was tasty. The only problem is we have to wait more than half hour just to order the food. Then waiting continues till the food . We can watch a movie my the time. They even don't look at you,even if you call them. During the checkout time reception guy asked for my phone, he himself wrote the review in the agoda app. With a special mention for him also. And there is no option to delete or edit. And also while park your be careful, my car was full of bird droppings.

We had a fantastic stay at The Residency Towers Rameswaram. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent.||The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and went the extra mile to take care of our needs.||The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of options. The location is also perfect--close to the main temple and other key attractions.||Overall, a great experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rameswaram.

This is great hotel with amazing connectivity to the railway station and the temple. The rooms and the place is clean, spacious and value for money. The only issue we had was with the staff and overall service of the place. There was no room service or it would takes hours, the buffet was average and often we couldn't order things we wanted to.

You always have a student who promises great potential but fails to meet expectations. That's this hotel. Everything is there but no professionalism. Don't get me wrong, the staff is super polite and helpful but they lack on time services. There was no kettle, coffee or tea, toiletries were only soap and shampoo with towels. Even the food menu was not there. Room service never came to clean up the rooms, not sure if I requested them. Infrastructure is there, they just need to take care of it properly. Food is average, won't disappoint you. Breakfast had a buffet, but it's like a startup just learning how to serve. Overall if you consider the price then it will be an easy choice.

Another ordinary hotel and nothing much to talk about. Room and bathroom was clean and neat, customer service was good and fast. Only problem are cleaness is the issue. Walkaway very dirty which never clean by staff and most terrible is buffet breakfast area my rating is 0 when talk about cleanliness. Buffet manager keep talking with phone. Food was nice.

We stayed at this hotel(Block A) for one night, and our experience was absolutely horrible. The hotel may look good from the outside, but the reality inside is completely different. Cleanliness was non-existent--the rooms were not maintained properly, and the pillow covers and bed sheets were visibly dirty. The storage room where they keep these amenities was also filthy. While the hotel has decent interior design, it is poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly, making the stay very uncomfortable. The restaurant was another major disappointment. It looked like a junkyard, with no proper hygiene or cleanliness. The tables and floors were dirty, making it an unappealing and unhygienic place to eat. To make matters worse, the images shown on their website and booking apps are completely misleading. The actual condition of the hotel is far from what they advertise. They are fooling people with deceptive photos that do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Rameswaram.
