Hotel Park Plaza

Only advantage of the Hotel is, Located nearby to Temple & Beach. Other than that Maintenance of the Rooms are poor.. We got stuck during rainy season and Water leakage inside room through the AC pipe hole and in closed corridors was very horrible. The Bedsheets, Pillows and walls of the room were dirty. If booked through Online portals we won't get proper response from them for Check-In. Our Check-In time was 12 Noon and in prior we called and informed the staff for providing us extra room till our check-in time as our arrival was early morning and they hotel staff said OK and need to pay extra money for the room, which we also agreed and were ready to pay for the extra room. But on arrival the hotel staff denied that he did not gave any commitment for providing extra room and all rooms are full.. Totally disappointed.. Not recommended for Family stay..

A good secluded place not so away from the main temple, attractions and the beach. They have decent rooms with elevator for every floor. Parking is good and safe. Water facility is available and the staff is courteous and friendly. It is 2 mins away from the beach and 5 minutes from the market where one can get all kinds of restaurants and stores. Tv and clean toilets with good beds in every room. I booked it online.

Recently I stayed here with my family for two days. Though room was slightly small one can manage. Very neatly maintained including washroom. Walkable distance to temple. Lots of mosquitoes were seen entering the room from bathroom, we Informed and mosquito coil was provided and they covered the window with a towel. Better they could have put a mesh instead. Though restaurant was not attached, we found a very good hotel/restaurant by name Ashok next street very close by. Mr Murugan, at reception was very helpful in guiding us and arranged an auto early in the morning at 4.00 am when we vacated the hotel.

Terrible place to live in! Rooms are shown enlarged in Google maps. Don't book hotels here unless u see and confirm. No space inside rooms, a broken telephone and a TV for show off. Used, dirty jugs and plates are served in hotel rooms.. please improve your conditions, and provide atleast a comforting experience for the tourists!..

It was a horrific experience, we had Booked early check in for two rooms at 3am when we reached there they said rooms are not available and even denied to refund the advance, after discussing for half an hour they gave us one room.there is lift which doesn't work so you have to carry the luggage allthe way by yourself.they don't provide toiletries or towel you have to ask that too even for drinking water you have to come down to the reception. Wouldn't suggest this to anyone

After reaching the hotel, the staff informed that lift is not working.It was very difficult for my parents to go to 4 th floor by stairs. After checking in the AC was not working. The rooms were dirty and bathrooms also.There was no phone service. For small things like drinking water, soap, towel, etc I had to run to the reception. finally the advance amount was wasted and we changed to another hotel. My suggestion is if you are not going to Rameshwaram in peak season then book your hotels only after reaching there.

Very very poor!! Please don't select this hotel. We were suffocated for 2 days under this 10sqft den! Not even a point to hang out clothes.. There was a tv with no remote. 2year old jug with no water. Waked up next morning. Opened the door and was welcomed with a waste plate with food remains (don't know who had that). Totaly waste of money and health! Please dont select

Horrible place to stay. I never had such a miserable experience for the last 20 years across this great country. The pictures shown in the booking gateway is false and enlarged one, whereas the room is very small with no space for maneuvering. Floor tiles broken and A/c not working. Live naked wire left open may be very hazardous. Blind mirror to see nothing into it. No toiletries and water bottles provided. Even the towel is being used as a footmate. Parking is in open, just on the road. Just one socket of 05Amps in the entire room. The rating seems to be manipulated. Terrible hotel to stay. Just a waste of money.
