Hotel new annamalai

With much regret i would like to inform you that i stayed in this hotel on 27/12/24. It is one of the worst hotels to stay at. Anyone going there please have a relook, better not to choose. The hotel is very shabby, not all clean. They handed over the hotel in a shabby manner, hairs and dust thrown all over. Public bathroom would be better than this hotel bathroom. Broken toilet seat gives a disgusting look on the hotel. When request the manager to change the room they told hotel is full and no room is available. Which may be true due the rush at the peak period. Which may be the reason why the staff was having a arrogance attitude. When enquired the staff that if they received such complaints from the previous guest, the answer was that we are receiving for more than 3 months but the owner is not take care. Totally bad experience and the rate charged for the hotel was exorbitant, like that of 3 star hotel. I sincerely do not recommend any guest to stay at this hotel.
