Hotel MCM Towers

I would give a 5star for the proximity from the temple main entrance, the staff were polite and helpful. AC TV and Geyser were working absolutely fine, but only one concer was the rooms were infested by cockroaches. When informed about this to the front desk they did say they conduct regular pest control but it is not helping them. If they can get this one issue fixed, it is good place for a stay for one or 2 nights.

We stayed here between 25-26th April. The stay was terrible! I had booked a room with breakfast, but the breakfast was even more disappointing. They don't serve South Indian food, and this was not mentioned anywhere during booking! The rooms were very unhygienic. The toilets were even worse -- absolutely unhygienic and poorly maintained. highly not recommended. Vehicles can't reach hotel. You need to shift your luggages in Autoricksha from parking.

Stayed for 2 nights Double AC room , bathroom, double bed, hygiene need improvement. Towels, bed sheets, blankets not clean. Cockroaches moving freely in the bed and floor. Kitchen and food below average. No intercom facility. Room tariff is not worth , exorbitant. Cabs not able to reach due to narrow lanes , dropping 100 meters away. Only plus point it is Near to temple .Reported to Manager who showed ignorance.

Mr . Mani Raja was the first person contacted after booking the room . He was extremely rude . The train lands early morning so when requested for early check in he said we charge almost a day's rent extra for that. When asked to talk politely he said we are a business we don't really care about talking politely and helping the customers. Come if you are interested otherwise cancel the booking. We don't care about customer service only business is what we care about. Extremely rude and least helpful front office guy. The owners should know about this behaviour. We are cancelling the booking and for sure won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Complete scam! They con non-Tamil people by cancelling their online bookings and selling those rooms offline over the counter at higher prices. The manager (who is the owner) is very rude and will threaten you if you try to confront him.

Cockroaches in the room.. No wifi available Not worth the cost, hotel is very much inside from main road. Difficult for transit. They have time limits for geyser. They kept a tub instead of a bucket.. Rooms are bit old but are clean, have stains on blanket They provide water in jar not even water bottles for drinking water. Only good thing is walkable distance to temple and angi theertham. Had no option otherwise wouldn't recommend this, not at least for the cost they are charging!!!

Very very nice hotel. It is 200m from the temple West gate so it's very very convenient. They charged us 2600 and then 3600 for extending stay as they were fully booked. There is no proper road to reach this hotel by car so take auto. Our driver reached the hotel with great difficulties. They have a separate car parking nearby. You should definitely book a room here if you are visiting Rameshwaram temple.

This is one of the finest five star hotels in rameswaram.... The stay was good, the room were clean and staffs are always there to help us around we had children with us.. They also enjoyed the pool... Which was very clear... Darshan was also good...
