HOTEL HARISH PALACE

I recently visited rameshwaram wid my family...and during my 4 day stay the room is being properly cleaned only once...that too after my repeated requests...The lady cleaned bathroom and room within a fraction of second.They dont even change the bedsheets and pillow cover regularly....After my repeated requests they changed the bedsheets but thry were stained...The hotel is very poor interms of hygine....Wifi is only for staff....They charged 2500 per day but the service was not worth as per tariff.There are many other hotels near the temple wid less charge...overall it was my worst decision to book this hotel

Pathetic. One of the worst stays I ever had. The rent for 3 bed deluxe room was 3500/- which is too high for such a kind of hotel like this. It is not an 3 star hotel. An 2 star hotel with a 3 star tag. The rooms were not clean. Not spacious enough. There was no indoor car parking, we must park our vehicles on open road at our own risk. The tap in bathroom was not fitted properly. The pillows and bedsheets were full of stains and hairs. They even allow people to smoke in the corridor. Our room was full of cigarette smell. Moreover the AC was not working properly. The TV was not working properly. They asked us to change the room. In the new room it was full of cigarette smell, the mirrors were broken, may cut ourselves in it if we had been not careful. Just check the images I have posted. Is this the kind of service you people offer on an 3 star hotel that costs at an above average rate? Wont recommend anyone to stay here. Don't get fooled by the other positive reviews . That is how I was fooled which made me to choose this hotel.

Only plus point is that the hotel is nearest to the temple. Services are not good even for complementary services they are asking for charges, cleaning of rooms not upto the mark and food is also average

Manager karthik is good his behaviour towards customer is very good.. service is also good.. price is reasonable.. near by temple

The room was very comfy, good bed. People were very friendly especially Sarita and Priya.
