Hotel Fortune

I stayed for 3 Nights. It was a wonderful stay. We had arrived at odd hours and we didn't face any issues in check in. The location was very good in the outskirts but very close proximity to Agni Theertham. The hotel is sea facing which makes the hotel special. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel serves good and tasty North Indian food. South Indian foods are available only in the morning breakfast. Friendly staff from Receptionist Mr.Ramana, Manager Mr. Palani to Restaurant captain Mr. Vignesh. There would be no problems when it comes to assistance and providing best of services. Overall the best stay experience this vacation.

I had a very good time with my extended family at Hotel Fortune. Rooms are spacious, location is perfect, not too far from the temple, neither too close! All staff were very helpful and courteous. They even arranged an egg-less cake on a short notice for a family celebration. The only gripe I had was the effectiveness of ac in those large rooms. They can either put a larger capacity ac or fill the room with some furniture. Breakfast options were limited, but rava dosa was really good. Overall, I had a very nice and peaceful stay and will love to come back again.

Terrible Experience - Not Kid-Friendly at All! I had a horrible stay at HOTEL FORTUNE BOOK Rameshwaram. This place is not at all family-friendly! They charged 2000 for 10-year-old child, which is absolutely ridiculous, and didn't even provide a bed for them! The staff was extremely rude and had no manners. They spoke disrespectfully and showed no concern for guests' comfort. The overall service was terrible, and the management clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Stay away if you want a peaceful and respectful experience! Zero stars! Food not good and most of items not available, same gravy and quality less.

Rooms are decent, but the service and management are extremely disappointing. Unlike most hotels where checkout is allowed until 12 PM, this hotel insists on a 10 AM checkout, despite being aware that guests visiting the temple may be delayed. Starting from 10 AM, the management keeps disturbing guests to vacate, and their behavior is quite rude. During our stay, we also witnessed another family facing issues with food service -- they had specifically requested vegan food but were served dishes containing onion and garlic. The management here is neither supportive nor professional. They often claim that other guests are waiting to check in, but in reality, no such rush was visible. Overall, I would suggest considering other nearby hotels for a more comfortable and respectful experience.

Good hotel at a walkable distance from temple just next to the sea. Rooms are neat and clean. Superior rooms offer sea view from balcony. Food is also tasty and at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended if u are visiting with family and budget is not a constraint. Only one issue was faced was low WiFi signals in room , which needs to be improved.

The hotel is located very near the temple (walkable distance within 1km from the east gate). Experience of stay was great. The only con I can see is dinner buffet quality need to be improved. Food quality is not upto the mark. Apart from that, behaviour and stay was good.

Lovely hotel, on the beach, near the temple. Service by every employee was exeptional. More so, at the breakfast buffet, a person served my disabled senior sister each and every item of her choice. Young boys, may be interns, were actively doing the house keeping. They guided us well at the reception. I have to search for negatives and found flies in the dining hall.

We were impressed by the attention to detail and the comfort provided. A special mention to Ramanam and Bharathi at the reception, who were exceptional at handling guests and answering queries. Their professionalism, courtesy, and warm smiles made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and speedy, thanks to their efficiency. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Fortune for its exceptional hospitality, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, look no further!
