Hotel Dusk and Dawn

A word of caution - be very very careful while booking as they have 2 hotels with the same name. One is Dusk and Dawn beach resort and other one is Hotel Dusk and Dawn. This is their way of fooling people and charging hefty tariffs. We paid 13k + tax for a below average room thinking atleast it will have sea view. But to our surprise, we booked the wrong one which is nowhere close to the beach. This one (hotel dusk and dawn) is 3 kms from the Rameshwaram temple. ||The rooms are small and nowhere near the price that they are charging and literally looting people. The bedsheets were dirty, towels had stains. We were travelling with a 2 year old kid and hence asked them to change the dirty bedsheet to which rhe staff responded that they don't have enough clean laundry and no one came to change it. We asked for an extra blanket which again was not provided. The washbasin is in the room and not in the bathroom with no water pressure in the tap. ||The only reason of giving them 2 stars is because of the staff who understood that we have paid such high prices and hence agreed to include our meals in the same price. They were also accommodating to the food requirements of our kid and hence an additional star for them. ||Other than this, there's nothing good about this place so better to avoid and save your money. Will never recommend this to anyone.

The Lady Princey in Resturant was particularly most helpful and readily going out of the way to enable Guests having food in proper environment with due respect and curtsey . Employees like her are asset to the Group especially in Hospitality Sector . Keep it up

Excellent place to stay in. Excellent room service and food. The food they serve is good and hygiene one. I recommend this hotel Dust & Dawn to stay in if anyone come to Rameshwaram. I give five star rating for this hotel. Jai hind and jai Sri Ram.

Excellent Rooms, Excellent Food and Excellent service !!! All I can say is staff is very cordial and highly recommend for Vegetarians and Jain groups . My family group of 12 people visited this place and we are totally overwhelmed by this place and hospitality. Would visit them again whenever we come here ....

Staff are Very Good and breakfast was buffet is wonderful. Over all very satisfaction. Surely will come backed Again.

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service I recently stayed at (Hotel dawn and dusk)for [1night ] and had a truly pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, and complimentary Wi-Fi. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options. The quality of food was excellent, and it was a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone visiting Rameshwaram. The combination of great service, cleanliness, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. I'll definitely be returning! Booked this hotel through make my trip , stay was good , staff are well attended, room was neat and clean. Wifi was speed.Room was very spacious , bathroom was neat and clean , found amenities in room. Had enough space to park my car.||Breakfast was complimentary and had a decent spread.||Recommended for family .
