The 2 stars awarded are for the convenient location and the spacious room. Negatives outweigh the positives. 1. Definitely over priced. It clearly shows the management is unreasonably greedy. 2. Hygiene is a major issue especially at the restaurant. Serving north indian food is appreciated but how it's served is a concern for those who genuinely look for basic hygiene while on travel with family. The waiters need to be taught how to serve. A. The small bowls containing curd or chutney or sambar is actually placed on top of the dosa or paratha served. Just imagine, the bowl which has come into contact with chemicals through the washing material is right on top of what you are going to consume. That's horribly unhygienic. B. The waiter actually touches the food with bare and wet hands while serving. Whether it's fried rice or paratha. Wet hands are used and not serving spoons. One doesn't feel like eating at this place because of the lack of serving etiquette. We aren't expecting service by professionals skilled in hotel management. Basic hygiene is lacking here. The manager is only concerned about bills. He stood like a statue when we highlighted the above two issues. This restaurant should be avoided. It's not worth the money you actually spend to cater to hunger. 3. Towels provided in the room are invariably dirty. No response would be provided on requests for replacement.

We visited the restaurant. Food tasted good. The cleanliness was terrible -- dirty plates, tables floors, and the overall hygiene was too bad.. On top of that, the staff were extremely slow and unresponsive to customer needs. Definitely not recommended.

Unprofessional Receptionist and Horrible Stay My stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The moment I walked in, the receptionist set the tone for what would be a terrible experience. They were rude, dismissive, and lacked even basic courtesy. Instead of welcoming guests, they seemed more interested in arguing or ignoring concerns. The room was no better--filthy, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised. It's clear that cleanliness and upkeep are not a priority here. Basic facilities were missing, and any request for help was either outright denied or met with a rude response from the staff. The receptionist's unprofessional behavior left a lasting bad impression. It's shocking that a hospitality business employs someone with such a poor attitude towards guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place where the staff actually care about providing a pleasant stay.

We had requested the manager before booking for early check in and they confirmed it would be done. Post the confirmation we went ahead and booked 2 rooms for our parents and paid them fully but to our dissatisfaction they refused to give them even 1 room. Our parents were senior citizens and the manager was so ungrateful to them. He had given 3 rooms to people who arrived after them as well. Never trust the words given by this management.

Hotel is at a walkable distance from the temple Rooms were clean and comfortable and worth the money, book via agoda for good deals.Food was satisfying too.

Very nice hotel. Attached restaurant with good food. A little pricier in comparison to Rameshwaram restaurants. If you want to skip the food here you can walk up to Murugan meals very close to the temple. The location is perfect to walk to Agni teertham, 22 wells and main mandir. The hotel tariff is also quite reasonable. There is ample parking space as well .

It's walkable distance from Rameshwaram temple. Ample parking. Nice large clean room. Washroom could have been better as it felt conjusted. Breakfast was decent. Considering everything, rates are a little on higher side.
