Hotel ARJUNAA

Nice rooms, clean bathrooms and very good location. But service from staff and reception people not upto the mark. Being Jain we have confirmed first for our food preference and booked later , but they are extremely rigid to serve you jain dishes. Only Dal fry and Paneer butter masala is given for jain food, Nothing else. Whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner you will get only two options. Language is big issue here, they understand very little English and zero hindi. Overall apart from food, stay was good.

Worst Rooms. Paid 6000 rupees per room. But the value for money is not even there for 500 rupees even. Location is good and has parking space. But the security doesn't even bother to provide a proper slot. The dobhi in the hotel is more powerful than Security. Dobhi is given priority to park his 2 wheeler in front of hotel. Room service is pathetic. Snacks were pathetic as well No hot water in bathroom. Tired of calling helpline. Barely warm. It was cold and finally bathed in cold water Unhygienic food. Few staff in restaurant are property doing their duty. Rest of staff dodge. Overall no value for money Worst experience Never go to this place

Best and luxuries place to stay in. Had my best experience and personal care towards our family. Thanks to the owner for having a nice conversation as I requested for Lord murugar calender that was printed personally for their own office use but as I requested him... without any hesitation he called the manger and gave us 2 calenders. Which is overwhelming and happiness to heart. My family has a great stay and food also was taken care of by the owner himself came to the restaurant and made all the arrangements due to certain delay in preparation time. He made sure it doesn't take too long but on the whole food was good for the time waited. I am posting this review after so many years as that incident reminded me often. Great gesture by the owner of the Hotel Arjunaa. Thank you sir for treating us so well.

Wish I could give them a zero. Worst service. It takes an hour for them to serve food. Breakfast is limited. Flies all over the place. Saw some clothes being hanged in the main corridor. They don't accept card for food bills. Please do not visit this hotel.

Great stay with family. The hotel is located on the Main road and is quite well maintained with large rooms which is well maintained. The beddings were not clean as expected, but it was changed Immediately upon information to housekeeping. Breakfast is pure South Indian and limited items.

The rooms looked very good. But bathroom was too small for a suite room and the dustbins haven't been cleared. Don't even try the food here. The restaurant wasn't clean. The breakfast was the worst. There were flies in the coffee and tea area and when we opened the flask to pour milk in the cornflakes, a weird and disgusting small came from the cap. Butter was frozen and cold and they didn't even refill the bread.

1/5 -- If I Could Give 0 Stars, I Would Arjunaa Grand BHT is the perfect example of how looks can be deceiving. From the outside, the place may seem fancy or high-end -- but don't be fooled. The reality inside is a culinary nightmare. I ordered a paneer snack that was so dry it felt like chewing rubber. No flavor, no texture, just pure disappointment in every bite. But it got worse -- I also had the misfortune of ordering a paneer biryani, and the paneer was spoiled. Not "maybe" spoiled -- I'm talking clearly bad, sour-smelling, inedible junk that no self-respecting kitchen should dare serve. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, instead of any apology or accountability, they dismissed me and rudely insisted, "Eat it, it is fine." Seriously? That's your customer service? Not only was the food disgusting, the staff were shockingly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. It felt like they were doing me a favor by just existing in the same space. The only thing grand about Arjunaa Grand BHT is the level of audacity they have to serve spoiled food with a smile and expect you to thank them for it. Save your money, your time, and most importantly your stomach. There are dozens of better places nearby where you won't be treated like garbage and poisoned at the same time. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was booked for two' days and as soon we went to the room we cancel the second day because of the room smells bad .the bathroom was too smells . And the staff took 2000for tje late cancellation. I don't mind about it. And they changed the room for us the room phone is not working and bathroom smells in the night very badly. We keep asking for the water bottles . Every single things we have to request . during the breakfast we notice that school boys are working in the restaurant and room service. The receptionist even not love s clean with proper uniform. But the change is per night 6000 like 5 star range. This is first and last for this hotel we own introduced to any of our customers again.because we are the travel agent too from overseas
