7 Hills Leisure Beach Front Resort/Hotel

stayed here last week, The hotel only looks good from outside but not inside. The lobby is good but the rooms, they are ok, compared to the exteriors. Room charges was very high. I Booked executive room. Charges was very high ..small size room with no basic facilities like charging point side table.... worst property. Also breakfast was very bad . Served cold ... staff behavior was worst in restaurant. Never ever advise any one for this property.

The stay in seven hills was the highlight of our Tamilnadu trip. The property was luxurious with amazing views. It is located close to temple but at the same time away from chaos. The property is very close to beach and has amazing sunrise views. Rooms were clean and staff were attentive of your needs. The breakfast was amazing. Definitely a must if you want a peaceful stay with amazing food and attentive staff. Overall experience was memorable.

Actually this hotel doesn't deserve any star. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel, the worst I've encountered. Despite paying over 6,000, the service was appalling. While the room and property were decent, the staff was rude and unprofessional. Basic requests, like water, were ignored even after multiple reminders. Most of the menu items were unavailable, and housekeeping failed to clean the room until well past 2:30 PM, despite repeated assurances. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, even at Dharamshala rates. Pathetic food.

Please don't book online. Cyber crime is going on here. They asked to prebook by QR code, then they'll say it please do it once more two three times and they'll convince you that you will get your money back. After sometime they'll block you. Don't know how but they are fooling cyber cell, makemytrip, google, qr system, whatsapp almost everything related to hotel Booking. And the government is unable to find them. How??

Pros : nice location, mesmerizing sea view at footwalk distance, good food too, clean and decent rooms. Excellent atmosphere for family vacations. Disclaimer: sea view rooms as per mentioned during booking is just an illusion. If walking down some 100 metres to get the sea view is considered to be a sea view room then yes it is a sea view room. Cons: terrible service, lethargic housekeepers, the reception addresses your concerns or request to the fullest no sooner to realise that nothing is coming to your service. Kept(me) on calling numerously to get the job done. Never expected such substandard level of service from this hotel.

Location is good. But pathetic service, actually no service though called multiple times. Water heater is not working, difficult to manage with 1 year kid. Not even one person came to look into the issue Bathroom exhaust fan is not working Room is not cleaned properly. Definitely not recommend for family with kids. Very late breakfast buffet until 8 20 they keep saying it's get ready in 10 min.

Please avoid booking this hotel, a guy named Keshav Kumar never confirms ur booking, he asked to deposit the full room advance 2 times even after that he is stating we have not paid the exact amount. They are saying refund will be done later through bank after paying the exact amount. The contact details provided seems to be scam.

Don't get fooled in name of Sea View. If you are visiting Rameshwaram book hotel resort in advance, Exploiting the rush rates are increased at exorbitant prices. This is Third grade resort at five star prices, Its kind of villa property converted to resort, you have to wait forever for service. Restaurant is also not available at most times, complimentary breakfast looks like begging for food. This place needs a very good manager to turn things around.
