Rooms on 2nd floor, no lift, steps too small and one can slip or loose balance while climbing with laguage, with riding boots on I almost lost balance. If u r purpose is to visit rameshwaram then u r too far. No towel or toiletries were provided.

Requesting everyone to never book at this hotel. Especially online. We got cheated. We were travelling with a family of 8 and booked 3 rooms via GOIBIBO app. But when we reached there, they were saying no rooms are available. And the receptionist behaved very badly with us. And its on the 2nd floor and no lift and parking facilities are there. If you want to stay at Ramanathapuram, there is a hotel nearby to this. You can opt that. But dont get cheated here.

Genuine review!! The place was quiet clean and good. Wifi also available. But there are railway tracks behind the hotel, so u can hear the voice of train passing, its not so often and bare able. Do not pre pay in any hotels via oyo app because all over tamil nadu the hotels are not accepting. But yes you can use the pay at hotel option.

Pros: Nothing to tell about Cons: NOT RECOMMENDED......... This is one of the overcharged hotel. for 3 rooms they charged 9000 rs during the Christmas season, literally sucking the money from customers. I am OK to Pay 9k for three rooms, but it was not worth. Also, No water bottle is provided, no soap /shampoo, as if someone takes 3k per room, its at least expected water bottle / toiletries. Secondly the blanket provided was one of the worst I ever seen full of dust, not washed properly and it seems he providing the same blanket / bed sheet without a wash. In the toilet, fittings got rust and leaking. the commode flush gun is not at all working. Overpriced. One of the worst hotel ever seen in my lifetime.

I reached there around 11pm with my small kids and other family member and asked to checkin process. But they started asking me Rs. 2000 extra by saying that the hotel booked in less price through the website and we are not responsible for that.. And we need that extra payment then only we allow to check in.. That is very surprising for me as I have paid full amount in advance for three room and 6 member + 2 kid. I told them to discuss with booking website goibibo and **** to short out the matter but hotel manager clearly denied to help in this regard.. He said either pay ra 2000 extra or getthe booking cancel. It was 11.30 pm now and in that location you couldnot find any other hotel nearby also thereos no rikshaw or other transportation services available.. I feel very helpless and asking that manager to give me the room as my small baby is crying to sleep we will discuss with booking website for the solution we have whole night and day to short this issue, but No that idiot manager watching video on TIKTOK and laughing with his one other idiot.. I am standing before him with my crying baby and other family member sitting on the floor with luggage. I have read other user negative comments about this hotel bofore booking but due to unavailability in other I have booked this Ghatiya hotel.. I have called to **** and goibibo for help they have talked with the manager but That idiot manager pretending to show that he not able to understand HINDI or english.. And finally he refused the request of Goibibo team also.. Now what?? I paid 2000 and occupied 2 room with Bad odors. No Room service.. I have booked room with Breakfast.. In the morning I have simply Asked for the breakfast and again that Manager refused to provide Breakfast.. I Feel if I have gun I definitely shoot him to dead.. First, breakfast not Included, this information is wrong, and even if you paid for it in your booking, you will not have it. Second, the stuff is extremely unhelpful. I booked a room through Oyo app, and arrived earlier then expected. They charged me 600 rupies for earlier check-in, I refused and made a call to Oyo. So even after Oyo worker told them that check-in between 10 and 12 is complimentary, they still wanted 300 rupies. So I had to wait in the lobby for 6 hours to be checked in, and they did literally nothing to help. No bathroom, no Wi-Fi, no water. They just literally want your money and nothing else.

This place doesn't have everything but it is decent enough to be called a stay. The staffs here are very helpful and polite. The rooms are decent and the only trouble is that you have to walk inside the motorbike showroom to reach the hotel. If maintained well this could be worthy stay.

It's a worst hotel with horrible service. They charge 2500 for AC deluxe room. There is no wifi, no bucket in bathroom, no car park and no lift which all mentioned as amenities in booking. There is no other restaurants nearby. So we have to travel for around 3km to eat anything. They make business by blocking 8 rooms on their own and allow only 2 rooms for online booking. The room they provide is worth for 500 per night and not more than that.
