JBR Residency, room 312, 30.01.25, 2 nights: a fairly new hotel that makes an extremely well-kept impression all around. The room was very clean. There are fly screens on the windows that open. Drinking water and toilet paper can be requested at reception. Daily room cleaning would be desirable for those staying for several days. Overall, I hope that the owners continue to ensure that everything from the rooms to the elevator cabin is cleaned more intensively than average. This is the only way that many guests can relax at the JBR Residency and enjoy the beautiful, comfortable rooms.

This brand-new hotel impressed me with its modern construction, super clean washrooms, and well-maintained rooms. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. Although the in-house restaurant is still under construction, there are plenty of eateries nearby, making dining convenient. A great choice for those who value cleanliness and good service in a fresh, contemporary setting.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean. Definitely worth the price. We came as a group for Rameswaram temple visit and we stopped near the ECR Road for dinner and we noticed the hotel lightning and asked the people nearby, they said it's newly built, so we decided to check the hotel. We checked the room prices, at first we thought it's high but then the receptionist requested us to check the rooms once. We all saw the rooms and my friends decided to stay here as the rooms are so good and well furnished. I personally accepted to choose the hotel because of its toilet cleanliness. It was so neat and clean. We stayed for two days at the hotel and the service was very good especially the hotel manager guided us very well. I will definitely come back again on my next visit.

Rooms are neat and clean, safe and secure best suited for family , it is combined with ac wedding hall which Is a great combo, surely will come again.

It's a great experience to stay the brand new hotel which is in the prime location @ Ramnad with my family. The rooms are very good and calm. In bath room we are getting sweet water surprisingly.. Rooms are fantastically designed like 5 star hotel... Cost worthy for staying... Strongly Recommended for all my friends...

Nice location. it is nearby KFC. Neat n clean. Nice staff. Hotel is new. So only breakfast services available.
