Hotel Coral Residency

This was our first visit to The Coral Residency, and it turned out to be a great experience! We found this hotel while planning a family trip to Uthrakosai Mangai Temple.||We were a group of 5 family members, and after checking several online platforms like Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Goibibo, we shortlisted three hotels, and Coral Residency was one of them. I noticed some price variations across these platforms, so I decided to call the hotel directly to check for better rates and offers.||The call was answered by Mr. Shyam, who was extremely polite and helpful. I initially enquired about a suite room, but since it wasn't available, he suggested booking one family room and one comfort room instead. He explained all the room details patiently, answered all my questions, and gave me time to make a decision.||Once we confirmed, he shared all the booking details via WhatsApp, including pricing and payment information. He requested a 50% advance payment to confirm the booking, which we completed without any hassle.||We had informed the hotel that we'd arrive by 6 PM, but since the places we visited weren't crowded, we reached earlier--around 3 PM. On the way, we couldn't find any vegetarian restaurants, so I called Mr. Shyam again to ask for nearby food options. He informed us that their in-house restaurant (on the 4th floor) is one of the best in town, and he assured us that lunch would be ready by the time we checked in.||After completing the check-in formalities, we headed straight to the restaurant. The food was served promptly, and we were honestly very impressed by the taste and quality.||The hotel has a spacious parking area next to the building, and valet service is available, which made things easier. They also offer cab services for guests who wish to visit nearby attractions.||The next morning, we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, which was excellent! There were more than 12 items on the menu, and apart from Pongal (which was okay), everything else tasted amazing. A very nice place just 100m from railway/ bus stations. |Ambience is good. Rooms are very clean.|Courteous and polite staff.|Inhouse restaurant food is great, but preparation time for certain items are high. Please plan your time accordingly.|Local conveyance and outstation trips arranged, but cost is a bit higher. |But options are clearly explained.

I have stayed several times in Ramnad. The experience I got in Coral residency is awesome. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Staffs were so polite and attended all queries with smiling face. The price of the room is worth for money. Morning complimentary breakfast was good. Overall one of the best hotel to stay In Ramnad for family members under budget.

On seeing the rooms, you fell love with them. Travelers expect a neat and well organised room with a sanitised toilet facilities. This is like a 5 star luxury offered at an affordable price. The room is sufficient for 2 guests and all amenities inside the rooms are well planned and thought about. Location is just near the railway station and bus stand with good connectivity. I stronly recommend to any type of traveler who would like to carry the memory of stay with them.

It is an outstanding experience. Room was so nice. We took a Comfort Room and it was really comfortable. Food quality at the restaurant is awesome. They offer complimentary breakfast with variety of items. Very polite and helpful front desk staff. Walkable distance from the Ramanathapuram Railway Station. They have a travel desk also. General Manager is a perfect gentleman. Totally had an enjoyable stay!!

Date of stay 19 Mar 25. Coral Residency Ramnad. Overall experience is great. Direct hasslefree booking. Ideal location. Courteous staff. Quick check-in at wee hours. Travel assistance is perfect with well trained driver. Visited Rameswaram, Dhanuskodi, Utharakosamangai and Thirupullani, all in one day with apt timings. Excellent veg food and variety menu for bfast (complimentary) and lunch. Spacious room with all amenities. Would love to visit again.

I stayed at Coral Residency from 19th to 21st April 2025 in their Comfort Family Room and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay for the whole family. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food served was also delicious and satisfying. Overall, I highly recommend Coral Residency for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay.

Overall good experience. Room for improvement - Toilet mats were dirty. Cleanliness in restaurant has to improve while providing complimentary breakfast. Found some powder in washed bowls. Reception and housekeeping services were good. Pl try providing a shoe shiner. Will not cost much. Thanks for a nice stay.
