one of the worst hotel. no proper Ac, no water heater, no cleanes. very bad odour in rooms. no bed sheet provided. no proper services. don't go with family. drinking place

Excellent hotel of this class kept extremely clean. Budgeted price for rooms. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owner. As for the hotel itself, from the kind, courteous, and friendly owners, to the comfortable rooms with very well maintained. common areas - our experience was nothing less than exceptional. Beach is just 25 minutes and supermarket, hotels and banks are within short walking distance (just a few minutes). Would definetely recommend to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to the owner for going just that little step extra for your guests!!!

We stayed at ABC Grand Inn on Dec 28th, 2019. It is on the highway and hence easy to locate. They do not have an underground parking, but have some space at the front that accommodate couple of cars. The staff were very obliging and courteous. The rooms were dirt free, bed sheets were clean. We had booked two A/C rooms for one night stay. A/C and TV (with cable connection) were working. We also got the extra bed that were requested in advance. This was done w/o any reminders. There are both veg and non-veg restaurants near by to dine. Overall our stay at ABC has been pleasant by all means. I am happy that it was worth the money spent for a quick short stay.

Seriously how are people writing such good reviews of this hotel. Its just a budget hotel and some really arrogant staff. Seems like they are aware people come for a night and that can be take advantage of. Rooms are just OK nothing great as explained in some of the reviews, Absolutely no hot water what so ever at any given point of time and I am sure its the same thing everyday. Second the day we stayed there , forget hot water there was no water at all as we were supposed to checkout early at 4:30 AM and we got up at 4:00 just to find we were stuck with absolutely no water. When inquired at reception they said it will fixed and 90 minutes were without any solution, even a request for a bucket of water to do the early morning rituals were shout-down with firm no and asking them how they could run a place where they are not providing water for urgent needs also was replied back in threatening response as to what you will do if we do not provide, such arrogant staff, never ever seen before anywhere in my stay, they seem to be not sorry for their lackluster service and such poor quality service. If my Karthik (who seems to talk polite and well) is reading this Please request you to remove that person who takes care of your hotel at night, pathetic attitude. When asked for a discount for the services not provided , the response was just pay and go, as if they are doing social service by providing hotel to stay. so you want full money but shy short of providing full service , great motto, its a gamble if you want to stay here and will not know what to expect from such pathetic staff and service. I would give 0 star for they way they behaved with their customers.

The hotel was located in the main place of city. The overall experience of the hotel is very good. I would like to recommend this to up coming travellers.the room allotted to me was neat and clean.the location of the hotel was nice.the behaviour of staff's was helpful.happened to stay here while on a business trip.rooms were really good.the rooms are quite spacious and are equipped with all modern things.it was worth to pay.

Let me put this way, this hotel is one of the best in town. Great location great service and most importantly awesome rooms in pocket friendly price. The management and owner make sure everyone is treated well and good. Must stay if you are in town. I loved and enjoyed my stay here.

Nice place to stay with ur family and friends, Decent rooms and tariff is also less, Service is quick and fast, Located on highway They also provide cab services, if u want to visit all the places near rameshwaram..

the room i stayed is ok but not worth for the tariff they mention, but wash room is very very bad.. bath fittings not like shown in photos.. no 24 hrs hot water..
