Rooms are very good and spacious. Hotel location also good to reach. Proper parking space is available. Room tariffs are reasonable and hotel ambience also excellent. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to service you. Restaurant taste also good. Best to stay with family who ever plans for trips and business meets

Stayed in deluxe room for couple of days. Extremely friendly support staffs. Very good and tasty foods. In fact the hotel management was kind enough to provide our complimentary breakfast as late as 12 pm as we had been to rameshwaram temple early in the morning. Well maintained rooms. Extremely clean wash rooms. Bed spreads towels and dental kits were changed daily. Very good wifi connections as well. Only complaint is lack of some channels in the satellite TV. But its not an issue as we stayed in the room only during the night.

Good hotel for a day's stay. Restaurant available with ok food quality. Rooms are excellent and we'll maintained. Cinema hall downstairs, supermarket and food court are also available to take care of your needs.

Very Good property in the town, but the way it is being managed is left to be desired a lot. The staff have to be trained adequately for hospitality. There is clear lack of directions to the support staff. Maintenance is poor. The amenities and the rooms are very good, a few corrections here and there will make the hotel topnotch.

Rooms are big. But service is very poor. For the price we pay, it's not worth it. No towels given. Bathrooms were not clean when we checked in. Tv was not functioning, Door keys were not working. Even after raising multiple requests the person with middle aged with specs not even bothered to hear us. Worst behaviour, reception guys were better compared to that old man, may be it's his hotel or something, if you can't give proper service then don't rent the place. We are not staying in your place for free. Just skip this place for good.

Very comfortable, clean and homely. The staff are friendly and the food is nice. Basically, it has all that you require for a comfortable hotel stay. If I have to point out a negative, it would be that the night duty staff at the reception are not very well versed with English or Hindi and can only speak in Tamil. All in all the hotel is pretty top notch and the attached mall in it's premises makes it all the more convenient.

Stayed at Igloo with friends for two nights at the Igloo Residency. The property is amazing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The toilets are hygienic.||The Kal Uppu Restaurant is located in the 2nd floor. The food is nice. ||But the service is very poor. The staff do not know anything about hospitality. Most of them are new and not trained.||The management has to step in to correct the same at the earliest. The property is certainly grand but with this kind of service, it is going to be tough to be in the hospitality sector.||First they have to invest in good RO Plant. The water in the hotel tastes just like sea water. The room service is very bad. Front office has to gear up.If you have an other option please ignore this property.
