Worst and fraudulent service! Additionally, the treatment I received from the room service staff/manager in the reception (old guy) was poor and unprofessional. He was very rude, and there were several instances where they ignored my requests entirely. This made me feel unwelcome and unimportant, as if my comfort and satisfaction did not matter. He completely ignored everything that he promised to do when we reached there in person about that which we spoke to him over the phone.

One of the worst Room care taker. Has no sense on how to talk to customers. Once he takes the money in advance he treats customers like animals. We booked the room for 10 days but had to leave after 6 days just because of caretakers irritating behaviour. It's better to look out for other room

Stayed with family here , it was a really bad experience, rooms were stinking, Not cleaned properly bedspreads with lot of stains , very rude old man who is the care taker, they don't even give mineral water , they provide only tap water. Will never prefer this place again.

Bad service, horrible owner, speaks differently each time, no hot water in the morning. Takes advantage of the situation

Rooms are average, roomboy is good, but management is bad, need to educate how to behave with clients
