SVS SHANTHI RESIDENCY

Following an extensive search, I discovered that this hotel offers reasonable rates and decent rooms compared to others in the same area for my family. We reserved two air-conditioned rooms, but one room's AC emitted an odor. However, all rooms had balconies, which was a positive aspect. The location played a significant role in selecting this hotel, Its just opposite to New Bus Stand. The reception staff was exceptionally polite and assisted us with all our needs. The quality of their RO water was satisfactory. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant experience.

This place is a full fraud place. They call SVS Grande and SVS Shanthi as 2 different place but they are one and same. Very unsafe hotel. Avoid them.

Not up to the money based on the demand they charge money. Room rent is 2800 but they charged 4500. A security person waits to get money. While vacating he didn't even help us in taking luggage but while entering he did it with a full smile. One receptionist was good but one person in the morning was very rude.

Worst room cleanings, when asked for cleaning, the manager said we can't clean everytime. We just check in to room and found bathroom was very dirty. But the manager speech was very rude and started saying history of his work life, which is unwanted point for us. We booked through online so we can't cancel it. At the time of check in when he came to know we booked through online he started talking rudely. No manner how to speak to ladies also.

Near Pudukkottai bus terminus. 24 hours service available. Nice place to halt and stay. 12 hours checkin - Rs.1500 and 24 hours checkin - Rs. 2000. Only AC rooms available.

The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and quality linens ensured a restful sleep. The attention to detail in room amenities and thoughtful toiletries, added to the overall comfort.

It was a good stay. My aged aunty and mother felt the place friendly and calm. The owner was humble and helpful. We had a great time staying here. If I need to talk about the concern, drinking water dispenser could be placed at a point for easy access.
