SVS Grande

I booked online and they promised covered car parking. I reached late and found there was only parking for 4 cars. I was asked to park in front of another car, I explained it is late and being a travels car it can start early. They said wont disturb till 7 am as they are aware of the guest plan. I got a call to room at 6 am to move car. I said will be down inn 5 minutes as I was sleeping. They called again in 2 minutes to as I had not gone down. They don't have courtesy to give 5 minutes for someone to come down. They are rude in way they treat guests. Also their idea to taking photo guests seemed weird at start, morning when I checked around due to bus stand being nearby some illegal activities may happen. Sincere suggestion stay away from this creepy place. I had booked online so came to know after it was too late. This and SVS Shanti are same place but doing 2 business for increasing business as the quality is low.

The room is not clean. Smells bad. The staff caused so much trouble when creating a bill at checkout. They would not do it correctly and asked us to leave after we paid, but would not provide a bill upon payment and made excuses. SO, I do NOT recommend

Booked this hotel through online, services were great, especially the room was pretty good at a decent rate in the heart of the town, located near bustand and easy to commute to near by places

Amazing service, Nice ambiance, I have been stayed around 10 days all staffs supported me a lot. It's much safe and secured for ladies who stays alone. Nearer to busstand at a reasonable cost. Really awesome

I stayed with my family for a family function, we booked a Suite room and a double deluxe room, for total of 7 people. Gave all necessary proof and signed the document, inspite all family members asked to stand and take a picture, stating it's a hotel policy. We been treated like a theif. There are security cameras, why a picture is needed or every individual staying. Try to use technology rather making a hazzle for the customer Moreover pathetic service asked for additional bed, which was already paid. But the bed was provided after 35 minutes of requesting. When enquired got a reply only one room boy available it will take time. The next morning breakfast was available and requested to provide at 07:30 AM, since we need to travel for the function. But the breakfast was provided around 08:15 AM. Poor Management and pathetic service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Situated just opp to bus stand is a very good place for stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and prompt front desk. Everything needed for a business traveller. Would surely recommend for those looking for stay in Pudhukottai. Look nowhere. For morning walkers go to putukkullm early morning

Nice comfort rooms with excellent service during untime also. Room and bathroom are neat and clean. Affordable price.... worth staying in prime location (opp to main bus stand)
