OYO 45306 Ko Villas

Good rooms. Comfortable and Save stay. Need more staff for cleaning. Maintenance is poor while my check in time. No, intercom phone to contact Reception or any other room service. No water served. Chair and Table required. Balcony, Rest room maintenance not good. Overall need to improve in maintenance with sufficient man power.

Seems new lodge. Certain points are to be considered by management. 1. No side tables. Need to sit in the floor to have food. 2. Dust bin is to be provided. 3. No room service. 4. Luggage r to be kept on floor. 5. Wash basin is not in a convenient place. Otherwise a decent lodge with car parking. AC is fine. Receptionist is helpful.

Hotels and lodges have licences for doing such business how come a civil building may function as a lodge. Just asking myself.. Not a blame.. Sorry about that.. No sense of house keeping.. They just run the building as lodge actually its a house with no views.. You can lock yourself in a closet thats is better than rooms here.. My god...

Worst experience with this place . I was personally visited this place for booking . They confirmed the room . But on the date of checkin they told room was given to other guest . I intend pay advance on the time of visiting hotel . But hotel management insisted me to pay on the time of check in. But while check in they are blaming that I didn't pay advance. Totally they turned down me on my important day. And also they didn't give any prior information about room not available for me. On the time of calling they are informing room is not available So if you are booking this room for any important occasion please don't book this hotel

3 BHK flats in the appartment are converted in to guest rooms. Worth for the money and had a pleasant stay. Little away from main town and the caretaker boy was so co operative.

I am already booked this hotel and used twice very nice experience And again I want to book this hotel by OYO app but ko villas hotel not shown in OYO app how can i book ko villas in OYO app...

Comfortable rooms and good services with parking. Easy to reach town limit.
