Good rooms, tasty food,friendly staffs

I just visited this place in Pudukkottai, just to spend some time (1 hr) as I was waiting for boarding the bus for Chennai. The Omni/travel luxury buses get parked in the space opposite to this hotel. This hotel/lodge is just 200 meters away from Pudukkottai bus stand. Right on highway. I have not experienced their rooms or restaurant service

No proper response.. Very worst atmosphere

Really a worst place to stay, very old and unsafe place to stay. No response from front office. If you ask anything they don't even listen. When i ask for hot water he said it won't come now. Then he slept. I said i jave to go on early morning so i need hot water. He replied its possible only after 6, again he slept.

Sad hotel. No way is this 3 star. Not a decent restroom in the restaurant or lobby level. Don't recommend it for hygiene and service.

Please revamp the hotel facilties. The environment is terrible. The furniture are old n most of them were damage n old. No WiFi, no restaurant, no adequate toiletries. Not suitable at all. Left the hotel within 10 minutes.

This can be called as the best hotel in Pudukkotai which can be of 2 -3 star category. The lift is fine. The rooms are just fine. The up keep can be better. The service is normal with adequate staffs. I do not expect more being aware of the city and other hotels in the same city. It has restaurant, Food is good. The complimentary breakfast was typical South Indian and good.

Overall rating 0/5. Worst experience. I booked two standard airconditioned rooms online. Front office executive refused to accept my online booking. After convincing the receptionist, I checked in at 8pm. He said it is valid for 12hours only though my check out time was 12noon. He demanded Rs.100 as cleaning charges for each room at the time of the check-out (9.30am) Aircondition cooling is very bad. No drinking water served in the room. Torn bath Towels. Plug points not working. Not able to charge my mobile. Used toiletries given except bath soap. TV transmission quality is poor full of grains. Only 17 channels. Don't promote this hotel for online booking. Customers have a real tough time.
