Hotel MA Grand

Had a pleasant stay! The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Room service was excellent always keeping the space clean and tidy, complimentary breakfast is truly top-notch. The funniest and most memorable part was that, for the first time, my room was just outside the theatre. So, the moment I stepped out of my mid night show my room is there.

The experience staying here was great. A typical 3 star hotel. I really liked the touch button system installed in the rooms. The rooms provided were neat and clean. Complimentary breakfast was top notch.

Food was ok. Cleanliness was ok. Service poor. Wifi not working all the time. Room key card not working. No tv remotes. Everything need to request, if u are up for it, you might like it.

The food is Awsome and creative type of food made by the hotel But .... The room service is poor 1.For 2 people they are giving 1tooth brush and one small soap 2.mini water bottle for 2 people And I am worried about one thing * That is without our permission they cleaned our room And i questioned it , for that they said if you tell one time to clean , All the time they will clean I have question if told them change the room for inconvenience they will change the room daily ???? What the heck is this .....

100% honest review if you are looking to book this hotel ... The hotel room and facilities are good.. But if you book through travel website , They are bit strict.. Direct booking is recommended and 24hrs check-in / Check-out is available.. Also, they give only 1 ltr complimentary water bottle and any additional water you ask is chargeable .. Food is priced reasonable and breakfast is good .. Also, noticed a few small boys working there and we are 100% sure they are below 18 years.. Child labour is against law and is not legal .. Pls don't do that...

We had a very comfortable stay at your hotel. The room was spacious, neat and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. And excellent food!

There is a lot of scope for improvement in providing services from the reception, restaurant and house keeping. I observed that many staff need soft skills training on hospitality and be a welcoming & courteous nature! These are must qualities to withstand competition in this industry.

It is a great hotel in Pudukottai. The infrastructure and the services provided are extremely good. Complimentary breakfast is also fine. I think the price is also suitable for the infrastructure provided.
