The Saravi Resort

My stay at Saravi Resort was quite pleasant. The villa and amenities were excellent, providing a comfortable and enjoyable holiday experience. The service was generally good, although there was room for improvement. It seemed that the resort was understaffed, and the kitchen orders took an unusually long time to arrive. While a wait of 30-45 minutes is understandable, a wait of twice that is unacceptable. What's not great is, the location was slightly a 500-meter detour from the main road with a very narrow road, but that's a compromise that guests must accept and move on from. The 4ft deep pool was clean, although it was heavily chlorinated. While the resort could address this issue, I was prepared for it based on other reviews, so it wasn't a deal-breaker. Unfortunately kids below 12 are not allowed for this pool because of the risk involved. And there is a kiddies pool on the lawn which compensates for this. Overall, Saravi Resort is a very good resort, but they need to address their shortcomings to attract more repeat customers.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was attentive, and ready to help. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, opting for a **room with a private swimming pool. Before booking, I called the resort directly and got a better deal than online prices, and the staff member I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Pros: -Service: The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating, making our stay pleasant. -Landscaping & Maintenance: The resort is beautifully maintained with lush greenery, making for a peaceful ambiance. -Better Booking Deals: Calling the resort directly might help in securing a better price. Cons: -Room Quality: Unfortunately, the room was not up to the mark. There were houseflies, the linen was torn, and the bathroom curtains were not clean. Given the price paid, this was disappointing. -Food: The food was just okay. The breakfast buffet was limited, and on the second day, it was served at the table due to fewer guests. However, the service remained excellent. Overall, while the service and outdoor ambiance were great, the room quality didn't justify the price. With better upkeep of the rooms, this could be a fantastic stay.

Must enjoy your family with Private pool. Very good breakfast. Room service food specially is not that great. Very high price. Very small narrow road approaching from main road. Very calm place. Lot of chemical on the pool water. Need to be careful. Dress color are changed lot. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Buffet spread breakfast is good. Small kid pool at common area. Kids play area. Property is good. There is no adult pool for club Rooms members to enjoyment.

This place is so good.. perfect place to enjoy a stay! The ambience is good and peaceful.. The pool is maintained well. The rooms and service is good! Food was good.The place is kids friendly too.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
