Serenity Sunrise Beach Resort

We had quite a pleasant stay at this hotel. First, the location is quite near to serenity beach ( 5 minute walk). It's a calm and quiet place. There is ample parking space at the side of the hotel. They have a menu to order food from outside. They also have a picturesque rooftop dining area where we can dine. The room we booked was a deluxe ac suite. We had actually booked a normal room. Since we went on a weekday and the hotel was free of any resisdents, they courteously offered us the deluxe room. The room was neat and cozy with all basic facilites. Fresh linen was provided. Comfortable stay at an affordable price.

Serenity Sunrise beach resort is located near Serenity beach. Our Room are good but in another room was having lot of mosquitoes. This hotel is just having staying facilities. There are no basic services like morning tea. They do not have own kitchen and everything has to be ordered. However good value for money considering room rates

Hotel is good. Room was big enough with balcony. It was clean too. Beach is 400 meter from here so no beach view. Good for family or with friends.

It's a small room bit with good facilities. Very cheap. Very near to serenity beach. 150 mtrs of walk.

Cons: - The hotel address mentioned in Agoda is wrong. The hotel is located in TN and not in Pondicherry. - The hotel staff refused to provide original proper invoice for the payment. - 2nd floor room, no LIFT. - Floor mat outside toilet was very dirty and it didn't absorb water. - No drinking water bottles provided, only a normal plastic jug with water was kept in room. NO VALUE FOR MONEY. Pros: - AC cooling was good. - Hot water for bathing available 24x7 - room cleanliness was ok.

I booked a King Room with Balcony at the Serenity Sands Beach Resort for two days of vacation through Booking.com due to its proximity to the city and Auroville. The room was spacious enough for two people but was poorly maintained. The bed linens were not changed and looked dirty. Many promised items and facilities were missing, such as an electric kettle, garden view, toilet paper, dining table and a hair dryer. The private bathroom was dirty, with an unclean floor, washbasin, and bucket. The staff service was extremely slow. When I requested clean linens, the manager said there was no staff available for service. I chose this hotel mainly because of its location and reviews on the website. They have ample parking space, but the service and facilities were not worth the price. I am extremely disappointed and would not choose this place again or recommend it to anyone unless they significantly improve maintenance and service.

Good and neat place with beach nearby. Has limited car parking.

Not worth price Basic amenities missing like foot mat all out mosquito etc rooms are not upto price.
