I did not like anything. There was no screen for the window. Water in the taps were very very slow. Very small room. Bed was too noisy (even when u just sit) No towels. Location is very isolated. Very bad.

It was the worst experience for us . As we booked for a deluxe room for 4 people , they promised us for a cleaned room but when we arrived they said the room was booked for others and they denied us to give us the room we wanted, the stay was so bad definitely not a family stay , plus they were not friendly and they were being rude over phone when we wanted the room which we booked . After a huge argument with the person we booked , he was being rude and not respectful , we demanded him the refund cos we were not ready to stay as nothing seemed to be right . And eventually he gave the refund after us fighting so much cos he promised us one thing on the phone and gave us another in person. We wasted so much time and money travelling to this place and then again going to other hotels to check for an alternative and . No water , no ac were working and the rooms condition was very bad . We had to leave the hotel and book somewhere else , pictures they sent during confirmation and the live pictures weren't the same , don't book the stay here

We had a very worst experience with the property. We as a group of friends visited last weekend to enjoy here. From the starting point we were facing the issue. Way to reach the property itself very difficult. After reaching the property, when we try to check in, owner started asking the extra money for swimming pool if we want to use more than 2 hours, which was not even mentioned in the booking app(Agoda). After a big argument we paid half of the amount from what he has demanded. The quantity of Chlorine they used in swimming pool was very high and we couldn't manage it more than 1and half hours. For this service they are charging 200 rs per person which is not at all acceptable. Some of my friends got skin allergy after using that pool. When we complained this issue to the owner, he was responding very carelessly. Then we said how can we recommend this property to our friends and family if you treat your custome like this, and then he brutally replied "We don't need any recommendation from the customers". Think well before you go guys... This is the worst customer service I ever faced In my entire life...

We are a group of 10 members who visited this hotel. After arrival, the owner informed me that there was a fee of 200 INR per person to use the swimming pool, a condition not specified in any booking apps. However, for groups, they usually provide complimentary access to the pool for 1 hour. After negotiating with the owner, we agreed on a fee of 100 INR per person. Unfortunately, when we went to the pool, it was dirty and the chlorine levels were too high, limiting our swim to less than an hour. Moreover, the owner did not permit us to use the pool when families were nearby. Thus, spending extra money on the pool felt like a waste. Later, we were joined by 2 additional members, for whom we had to pay extra. We managed to settle this amount by adjusting it against the swimming pool fee after arguing with the owner. During our argument with the owner about the swimming pool conditions, we stressed the importance of genuine customer service and expressed that we would not recommend the hotel if such conditions persisted. The owner then dismissively stated that they did not need our recommendation. Overall, my experience with this hotel was very disappointing.

Room was ok, it's a 1 bhk house and no proper room service. Swimming pool is very worst, not cleaned on regular interval. We stayed for 4 days, used pool on 1st and faced skin itching problem. Informed them, but not cleaned till 3rd day. Finally they cleaned on the day during we vacate the room. We booked it especially for the pool, but waste of money..

I stayed in this hotel during Christmas. The location is hard to find, Rodas are narrow and there is no name of the hotel. The service is very bad...no coffee was available in the morning and I had to wait for long. The room was neat but very small. Difficult for 3 people to stay comfortable in one room and for all this the price is too much. Also there was no car parking space. I would recommend this hotel only if you don't get rooms in any other hotels .just for emergencies you can stay here, nothing more!

Enjoyed the stay, budget friendly. Would certain stay again with my family. The only pain is the narrow road to reach the place and if you come by car it can be a little challenge again google maps confuses you a little bit, certainly car can reach the place beware there will be enough bikes parked on the road side. The stay is worth it and safety for the family.

We really loved the maintainance of the room and the other stuffs in PV Inn. The service was very good and the house keeping staff was easily approachable for all and even she spoke with us very well. We did not find any difficulties while locating to the room, infact it is in walkable distance from the main road to the accomadation. Thank you so much.
