Worst Hotel Experience - Misleading Photos and No Refund Policy I had the worst experience at this hotel. The rooms look nothing like the pictures online--they were completely different and very disappointing. I checked out within 5 minutes of checking in and requested a refund. The hotel staff told me to request it online. But when Agoda followed up with them, they refused the refund, saying they don't provide refunds after check-in. This hotel is not suitable for families. The management is uncooperative, and the overall environment is not welcoming. I strongly advise against booking this place.

Very nice place to relax. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was good in taste and quality. Especially th swimming pool was very nice. Provided Two swiming pools was really good as family children and solo teams can enjoy without any distabance. Service also very great. All over it's a nice place to stay and enjoy.

We were there in December, 2024 and booked a violet villa comprising 04 BHK. Here are the pros and cons we experienced during our stay:-||Pros:- 1) It is a vast property. It has two swimming pools one for guests and one for learners as they also impart swimming training to locals. Both the swimming pools are beautifully maintained.|2) The rooms were big and separately situated giving ample space.||Cons:- 1) It is about 04 KM away from the main city of Pondicherry and in a remote and secluded area. I was informed by my auto driver while coming from Pondicherry that it is a dangerous area in night where the incidents of snatching are common on pedestrians.|2) As it is a jungle area, there are some big mosquitoes and lizards that refuse to go away.|3) The rooms are having basic amenities like basic double bed, tv, almirah etc. But they way we have been charged, I was expecting better room conditions.|4) In their restaurant, they cook both veg and non veg food like dosa, omlette etc. on the same dosa tava simultaneously which can cause problem to staunch vegetarians. Though the food quality was good yet the food served at the complimentary breakfast was same throughout our stay and had nothing to offer for the north Indians.|5) Overall not well maintained and gives untidy vibes. Even the reception area is most untidy area.

I booked a prince farm house for weekend... It's adorable experience especially in swimming pool. But room service little need a change. Towels and matress should change frequently. Ezhil anna made comfortable for us

Stayed here for solo trip, the staff is friendly and the stay was good. Place is very far from city centre but they do provide 2 wheeler on rent or you can ask them to book an auto. The pool is amazing. Please carry mosquito repellent with you as the place has lots of mosquito. Also a note for the staff: Maintenance is required. Overall, had a great experience safe for solo female travellers.

Good for medium groups 75-100 .. Property is maintained decent. Service is excellent Pool is reasonable Camp fire , efforts for arranging it. Enthusiasm to do service is appreciable.

Week back we had a Family 17 adults, 12 kids and 2 child gathering at this Resort, we got one full building 9 families stayed, it was really a awesome experience, Resort was filled with Nature so many Trees, Birds Chirping, 2 big Swimming Pools one separately for Family, Women and Kids and other one for Men's, Pools were very clean very well maintained, entire Resort is covered with Trees all around, Food was excellent but little spicy, be little cautious if your going with kids but we can tell them they will prepare accordingly, Rooms were maintained well brand new building, ample amount of space for parking cars, kids to play around, Ducks, Hens, Roosters, Pigeons, not to forget the campfires, over all good experience good place to spend our weekend, special thanks to Manager Mr. Patric and his team

I went for a one-day event which includes lunch, checking out the property plus the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very good. And they have a huge campus. 5star for the service provided.
