Nature Loft Beach Resort with Swimming Pool

First of all this is named as resort but it is just.a.high end lodge. They can make it a better place by doing good maintenance, . We checked in on Saturday morning were first given a dingy room , room no 10. The toilet was broken , health wash was bad. When we complained we were given another room. It was much better. But badly furnished, the TV was not working we complained one bro came and tried something nothing worked.the fans were dusty, it sprayed the dust on it all over place. We called the staff they came a cleaned AC. Did not find the doors safe. Had to push hard to closed the door. They only had a small padlock, the ones used for locking luggage. There is no kitchen. List goes on. And for the plus points it near to the serenity beach . AC was good. Not worth the money, if you can get it for around rs.2000. It's ok for a night.

More apt for bachelors than family. Very close to the beach. Pool maintenance could be done better and difficult to get in with family when there are more bachelors around.

Family friendly hotel just 50 meters away from beach, safe to stay with family on ground floor rooms with kids. First floor rooms are loft rooms. We booked a deluxe triple room very spacious. I think they have renovating some rooms so upcoming stay will be even pleasent.

Average rooms with limited facilities... Swimming Pool Is Good (Medium Size only)

We were three families from Bangalore, next to swimming pool they gave room . Guy who running the show ram very friendly.he made our trip plan and local food nice feeling . Good experience

The wired experience in my life with my family person who is in the reception is worth less to work there he was drunk and allowed outers who were drinking at the room around 11 to 12 boys with different attitude wen we question him he fought with us we were 15 members with kids and family faced the horrible experience and we wer with kids roaming around the area for the stay hole nite so I definitely don't recommend this place for families

Positive:- 1.Firstly the place is very near to the serenity beach. 2.The price was nominally. 3.spacious outside. 4. Not for Families. Negative:- 1.No water in the toilets for morning some time. 2.Bedsheets and pillow covers are not changed even after informing. 3.Toilets flush not working , tape leakages. 4.orders taken for prawns, squid and given chicken fries, then again told there was mismatch in the order, the managing person looks like money minded.

Pros: If you are travelling from chennai before reaching pondy this resort located near serenity beach. On demand time you can avoid traffics. Swimming pool for adult. Spacious room. 75 meters away from beach Delicious homely food. Friendly staff Mr Ramachandran Cons: kids should be surveillance by parents for sure. Less parking slots.
