Property is very nice and clean and photogenic. Located in a very calm location at a walks distance from serenity Rooms are clean and equipped with all that you would need. Food is good. Not an extensive spread but decent menu of most varieties. Tasty and prepared with balance for taste and being easy on the stomach. Good if you have kids or elderly. Staff is courteous polite and extremely helping, not just the main staff but the supporting staff too.

The overall experience is great. The food is really great, the staff were kind and empathetic, the swimming pool is clean and big enough. Everything is cool. One small issue is we have seen few cockroaches in our room. Overall it was a cool experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort, especially due to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the reception to room service, everyone was incredibly humble and ensured we had the best service. The food was absolutely amazing, with a homely touch that made our stay even more special. A special mention to Surya for his warm and attentive service. The entire team is extremely hardworking and dedicated. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay!

The stay was fantastic and memorable.The staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Henna attended to our requirements very well.The rooms were very clean. Each and every staff had customer friendly attitude. The Accomodation also has an excellent restaurant.

Amazing hotel and amazing service. Food to be specially mentioned. Chef Narendra pampered us with a customized meal. Even housekeeping staff came late in the evening for clean up . Highly appreciate the efforts. Kudus at the front desk was polite enough to solve our queries. Overall helpful staff, beautiful and clean property.

Beautiful place, quite and clean. Wonderful staff providing great hospitality, and awesome food. Can be better with some indoor activities for kids. I booked two rooms by mistake, for 2 adults and two kids (online platform automatically added that) and the hotel staff was very accomodative, talking to the online booking customer care and cancelling one with no charges.

I couldn't think of a better place to stay during my trip to Pondicherry. I stayed there with my family, and we might visit Pondicherry again for the sole reason of staying here and enjoying the property and the hospitality of the staff, which was utterly overwhelming. The head chef, Mr. Narender, in particular, was very welcoming and showed great care to every need of ours. The food was impeccable, with a finger-licking traditional cuisine that make you fall in love with the rich culture of the place. The swimming pool is built with consideration, accommodating children and adults. To conclude, the resort undoubtedly showcases the fine essence of Pondicherry, making it the best choice to stay with friends and family alike.

Our stay in this hotel was wonderful. The hospitality and behaviour of their staff was great. Specially staff Narendra was very humble and polite. Their food service is also very good. Rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities which we required.The best part is that the hotel is very near to the Serenity beach.
