Hotel O Le Serenity Beach View Resort

Cheaters! We booked through OYO. When we reached the hotel, we asked more amount (nearly twice) He said the rate priced for his hotel in OYO is very low. I don't understand this.. we stand in streets with Kid. After making many calls with OYO customer care.. their is No solution. So, we take another hotel near by. That was a very Bad experience. Later we came to know, they regularly do this. (Price low / offer rate in OYO rooms.. once the customers came to the hotel, they asked for more money. The same day one couple also cheated like us.

Don't book this place...they are cheaters...when we booked in Oyo booking is confirmed but when we reach there they said hotel is full and also no refund from Oyo ...they tie up with the local Oyo property manager and looting money from customers

As a traveller I would strongly not suggest the property... Please don't book online because after visiting property they will misguide n they say online booking not accepted. Worst experience please i request everyone never to book this hotel .. worst worst

Very sad.. They are asking extra money to collect checkin time..cleaning very bad

Near by beach cheapest in the applications but for mine its not a good place they ask for extra money
