When we reach the resort the property was very neet and also the swimming pool was very very super maintain we are enjoying with our family the property was super peaceful and childrens having play area also only one think the house keeping staff was rude behaviour after that the property manager was solve the problem otherwise the best property to stay

Super swimming pool, nice place must visit on holiday bcz our heart will not tell to go out of that place.

When we reached there was construction work going on in the pool side. We asked the person who took the booking to help us but he stopped responding completely. However the manager at the property was nice and provided us with privacy. We enjoyed the pool after that. Otherwise the place also needs maintenance.

The property is good, but the experience was very bad, 1. House keeping staff Dakshana was very rude, showing too much attitude and arrogance. 2. None of the rooms were provided with Dental kit or soap till 9:00 am, only after we asked he acted as if he was not aware and provided it to us. 3. Even after we complained about no power from 5:00 am, the Genset was switched on only for short period of time and no proper power supply was maintained till 10:00 causing huge inconvenience. 4. We paid 2500rs for extra person and bed would be provided, but he never provided us the bed and luckily I had a spare bed in my car which was used. 5.The AC was not working in one room the whole night 6. When the power goes and UPS starts, none of the washroom lights work, how are we suppose to use washroom when there is no power? 7. The massage chair shown in the photos, is not present in the property. 8. The caretaker frequently snoops in to check on and doesn't give you enough privacy. 9. Even though the house was fully rented by us, the caretaker allowed the next checkin people to occupy a room at 8:00am so that they can refresh and go out, due to which we couldn't enter the pool in the morning until 9:30am, due to lack of privacy. 10. This the reason the property manager demands you to pay all the money upfront, unlike in most homestays , we pay the amount when we vacate the property. On the whole it was a very bad experience. Paying 22500 rs, and the kind of service we get back is really bad, never expected such an experience.

The only plus point in the place is the swimming pool. It's private and clean. With regards the property, few things to keep in mind.. 1. Maintenance is terrible 2. Plumbing issues in all taps in the 3 of the 6 toilets that were accessible to us with toilet seat covers broken. No toilet rolls in the bathrooms 3. We had booked two rooms but in one room, we couldn't switch on the AC because the remote wasn't there. 4. Kitchen doesn't have basic amenities like mugs or glasses (they do provide paper cups but thats a waste), tissue papers or even sugar or salt. Even to make basic tea and coffee, you have to carry your own stuff. 5. The jet in the pool wasn't working and the massage chair in the hall (advertised in pics) wasn't working and was extremely dirty too. 6. We did tell the caretakers that it wasn't necessary for them to be around but even for basic cleaning and washing vessels on all 3 days, noone came. We had to do the cleaning and washing ourselves (which is fine if false promises aren't made because in most places, we do it ourselves). When you are charging so much, the least one can do is atleast maintain basics well. That's not too much to ask for, I guess!
