Stayed for 2 nights very good hotel. Neat and clean rooms very friendly staff

Rooms are neat and clean. Service is OK. No restaurant nearby. You have to go more than a kilometer for one small restaurant. Parking is not covered or safe. Only open car parking is available. Rates are on the higher side comparing with nearby town (Karaikudi).

This hitel is Very clean and good service low budget,

When we visited here we found following: * They will tell as usual no rooms available and then after demand they gave us continuous 3 rooms..per room cost 2500! * They were cleaning the rooms only after vacating.. but rooms were clean.. * No room boys here to carry your luggage, although lift facility available here.. * Service girl attitude is rude * Water tap leaking, TV remote fault, Hot water issue - even after complaining, no steps taken.. * No proper meal restaurant present down, only MEAT AND EAT restaurant is here.. * Open Car parking for 3/4 cars is there, no shed facility..! * No soap, shampoo, oil present in bathroom.. * For drinking purpose, Neither hot water Nor pure any water filter available.. only CAN WATER present..

Good and decent rooms for stay

Hopeless fellows.. Poor housekeeping. Drinking water was not provided. Cleanliness not maintained, they are short of man power. AC was not working in a Deluxe Suite and they took 45 minutes to understand the issue. They finally changed the room for me. Bathroom did not have a toothpaste when asked for one at 6am I was asked to wait. They did not provide me with a toothpaste after 15 minutes I was told that "you have to bring your own and they were out of stock". I was asked to buy it from a shop near by. Horrible experience..

I will never ever go this place again. Food was bad, expensive. we ordered salt lassie, it was sour and we had to leave it in the table. Noodles was ok but no flavor at all. Rice was not cooked. employees were rude. it has A/C but it was hot inside the dinning hall. waste of money

The rooms are good and luxurious. Access to the bus stand is difficult. No taxis available too.
