The owner Mr Kandan is a young man who started this venture. He has done an amazing job of making the place comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, staff very cooperative and helpful and any shortcomings are quickly redressed. Place is especially clean and everything here works very well. The parking is safe and easy to use. The location in a clean and upmarket neighbourhood is highlighted. The rooms are comfortable and This is an independent review not influenced by staff or owner. The peacefully to enjoy tha two days because the location and the residency was very private and family suitable place. Then the rooms are very well because they very clean and fresh and the service staffs very humble and close to friendly. It is located in a peaceful place. Rooms are very nice. It is decorated with led lights. It gives a pleasant feeling. I recommend this place for tourists who are visiting here

The rooms were good. Bathrooms clean. This is a multi bedroom house being used as a guest house. The staff were helpful. They could have made arrangements for all the consumables to be available when we checked in, but had to ask specifically for towels. We took a premium room, we were shown a small kitchen space and got excited, but they said it is a common area and that would mean other guests could be doing things right outside our room, sort of weird, i think. There are no restaurants close by, you will have to use delivery apps. If you are up to it, then there are decent veg places within 10 to 15 mins.

Great stay at Surrya Max Residency. Location is heart of the town still away from the hustle and bustles. Fantastic staff and good rooms. We had a great stay as a family.

Nice and clean rooms, decent service, nice location. I stayed here with total 25 family members. We were all comfortable. This place will give you a clean and cozy vibe.
