Situated near bus stand, walkable distance. A well known lodge since time immemorial, a budget lodge, neat and clean. Accessibility to the bazaar, theatres and hotels are easy. Car parking is available, safe. Ac & non Ac rooms are available. Mostly booked during wedding occasions. Good!!

The lodge is situated in a narrow street. The price is very reasonable and the rooms are good for one day stay or good for transit people. Good for solo travelers, or bachelors. If you desire to stay all day in the room for relaxation, it may not be suitable. Don't expect star facilities here, or star service here. Ther is no restaurant, just a place to stay in a budget. There is no parking for Four wheeler, one has to park on the road. There is limited parking facility for Two wheelers.

It's an old and very well maintained Lodge. The prices are affordable and the A/C room is very big. It's close to the bus stand and the auto drivers will easily locate the place if you mention the place. If you don't have more luggage you can simply walk to the lodge.

57 years old hotel for a decent stay without more expectations and luxurious options. Kind people. Hospitality is good. Mess near for food is there and they are serving good food. Tried morning breakfast it's nice and cost is nominal.

It's an affordable stay for single people and those visit for short business purposes. Don't expect any luxury, the price is low. Though the lodge is in a small street, you have a calm stay and peaceful feeling. There is no proper parking for 4 wheelers. Few 2wheelers could be accommodated easily in the backside portion. Just for budget stay enthusiasts.

Biggest highlight of this lodge is that business and marketing people can get good rooms at affordable price. It's there for decades and so rooms will be little old. But you never feel bad of opting this as you get a good sleep.

Stopped here for refreshing this weekend on our way to valparai. Wonderful hosts, down to earth and polite talking. Charge was minimal. Neatly maintained rooms, hot water service and safe place to stay. Flexible to accommodate for few hours to refresh at minimal price

My friend booked this lodge for me. Lodge looks like a old building and maintaining in a good condition. You cannot expect anything like 3 start hotel. my stay was for 1 day not able to sleep at night due to continues horn sounds even after closing all the windows.
