Sakthi Hotel

We had worst experience at Sakthi Hotel. The room was unclean.The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making our stay even more frustrating. The lack of cleanliness and poor service made this very uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.

A very decent and neat place to stay. Food in the restaurant was really good. The staff are all very cordial. Loved the stay. Please keep up the good work .

Please don't prefer this hotel even they allowing you to stay for free. Very bad experience with this hotel. Staff behaviour and rooms also very bad. I have never been went to this much bad hotel in my entire life.

Stay was not good. No proper parking space. Room service is not very late. Lift was out of service.

Shakti Hotel, Pollachi, offers comfortable accommodations. I booked a suite room, which was spacious but showed signs of age. Room service excels, and food quality impresses. However, prices lean towards expensive. Overall, a satisfying stay.

Rooms are very bad maintenance and bathroom are very bad and first time we saw hot water timing 5am to 9am then no hot water and no health faucet in bathroom

IN 2014 , I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL , NOW LAST WEEK I HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL . MAY BE THE BUILDING IS OLD ONE , BUT THE SERVICE ,CLEANLINESS , HYGIENIC TOILET FACILITY, CO OPERATION OF THE STAFF ARE VERY EXCELLENT ,|THANK S TO THE MANAGEMENT FOR MAINTAINING THIS STANDARD , WITH OUT ANY DILUTION . COST WISE ALSO ECONOMICAL WITH MORNING COMPLEMENTARY BREAK FAST .... KEEP IT UP
