Disappointing Stay - Poor Maintenance & Lack of Service I recently stayed at Madhava Inn, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. - The air conditioning was completely non-functional, constantly throwing error codes. - To make matters worse, the heater didn't work either. Despite calling the reception twice, no one seemed interested in resolving the issue. Basic amenities were missing--no towels, no toiletries, nothing was kept in the room. I had to call for every single thing, which is extremely frustrating when you expect a smooth and comfortable stay. The overall service was indifferent, and it's clear that the hotel has become a shadow of what it once was. The lack of care and maintenance has turned it into a run-down place. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're expecting a hassle-free and comfortable stay.

A very good hotel albeit the noise in the night of the lorries. Room was spacious. Toiletries given. Kettle with amenities also given. Very good reception as they kept me engaged while the room was getting ready. Housekeeping you need to pursue but will provide your necessities. Breakfast vegetarian was served which was adequate.

Have you seen any hotel that gave you a feeling that you were not being treated well and without respect? This hotel is an example. I had a surgery and just wanted to have a good dinner. Because of the surgery I sat in the cushion seat. The waiters while watching us where we are going to sit all the time, once we sat at the cushion seat, came and said to us this seat will be allowed to sit only after 8 pm. But another family was happily having their dinner at an adjacent cushion seat. When we asked this, they were unable to answer My question is what the waiters were doing all the time till we find our seats? Why they did not have a clearly visible display that this cushion seat is available only after 8 pm? Looking at the below comments, seems you guys have not improved at all. Listen to reviews guys!

Hotel rooms are neat and good .Service is also ok.But they should not offer complementary food which they are offering very minimal food will suffice for one person only then how can a family afford with those food provided..Also if planned complementary food is over then they will be deducting only rs 150 against the complementary food when we order separately and have breakfast.But while booking for rooms only and rooms with breakfast amount difference was nearly more than Rs 500 .. Hotel management please change the plan for improving your better service.. Otherwise better not offer complementary food..Thanks..

Nice clean, modern hotel, had a few problems when we arrived as the room had not been laid out with toiletries but after informing reception this was quickly resolved. Disappointing is there is no iron or hair dryer so had to pop out to purchase one. Tip, ask for a room to the rear so less street noise. Location is on a busy road plenty to do, no Ubers bus station round the corner.Will stay again. Additional note, rooms also need room safes, 2 members of staff court stealing money from 6 plus rooms, very hard to prove who's money was who's, as they only took part of the money, hotel expected you to know what was missing. Never had any apologies.

This hotel is in the centre place, near bus stand shops , spacious and clean room with very good service also having a veg restaurant with tasty foods at affordable cost. So I had an excellent stay here. Thank you Madhav in hotel

While everything is good, it is on the busy Coimbatore Pollachi road junction. The car parking is underground through a steep ramp. The a/c hall is good for a small reception
