Stayed here for a friend's wedding. Rooms are very well maintained. 24*7 hot water supply. Towels and other goodies are provided. Extra charge for bottled drinking water. A/c wasn't working and later shifted to another room. Parking available. Lift maintained well. Overall, A good classy hotel.

Management was bad. Rude, unprofessional. Not customer-friendly at all. So much of miscommunication between people in the management. Chased us out in the matter of an hour with no rooms in other places, even though we asked for an extension. No accountability. The rooms are good. It's a pity the way it is managed is poor. Please be clear with the management about your plans if you are going here.

A decent stay. The room was good and the bathroom was clean. There is no food service available at the stay. You can either swiggy it or ask their staff to get some for you.

This is a compact, recently built place (not more than three years I guess), 500 meters off the main road. Google maps will lead you here without any fuss. It's a lodging facility, mostly preferred by people who drive their own. There's some covered parking area and even a larger open parking place. Even though there is no kitchen attached with it, they can arrange food. In any case, most are likely to stay for a night. The staff are courteous and helpful.

Very poor service, no toothkit, mineral water, shaving kit,oil,news paper etc, no complimentary breakfast, request to the management to stay atleast one day in some other hotels and know how they are operating...

Newly constructed hotel by people new to hotel business. No restaurant attached. In triple bed rooms, mirror, dressing table and almarah kept inside wash room. Never seen anywhere. You can use either one (toilet / bathroom / dressing table / mirror / wash basin ). Idiotic planning.

Posh, Clean, Inexpensive, Friendly service.. Nice place to stay while in Pollachi. The rooms are large and spacious. The restrooms are spacious and immaculately maintained. Kudos guys, that's why I always stay with them when in Pollachi.
