Worst service, basic essential like bedsheets, towell not gave to me bathroom leakage, unhygienic inside room atmosphere, i booked 3000 rs room rent but not worthy so totally money waste

If you are looking for budget friendly stay in pollachi you can opt for this place. Charged around 1000-1300. No room service, no lift, only essential service like water. I think they don't offer extra bed, only a bedspread and an additional pillow

Very old lodge they need to renovate, here they won't provide blanket, Towels TV not functioning only satisfaction is the location of lodge

I went here with friends and booked 2 rooms for 12 people. The room was smelling bad when we entered it. The staff refused change our rooms and only cleaned it after we sternly told them to do so. The atmosphere was not good. It was moderately priced.

Old model rooms with attached Indian toilets. Hot water should be collected from a common tap outside the room. Ok for one night stay and for bachelor guys.

Very worst to stay here, better sleep in public places like Bus Stop and pathways.

Very worst behaviour of the reception staff, behaving rudely with customer, not even showing the room . Just he is telling if you want room just take or get out

Decent lodge...no geyser available in rooms..but hot water will be provided seperately in buckets...
