Apple Inn - Pollachi Hotel

We were a group of 9 and stayed for 2 days in 3 rooms (2 studio rooms and 1 family room). The hotel is brand new--just a few months old--and offers modern features, including smart TVs with apps, well-designed rooms, and thoughtful amenities. The only drawback was the breakfast, priced at 250 plus tax, which felt slightly expensive. Offering it at a more reasonable rate or providing a la carte options would be a welcome improvement. Kudos to the support staff, and best wishes for continued success in the years ahead!

We had very nice time. Rooms were very neat and tidy, though the price was a bit on the higher side. But we had not booked earlier, the booking was done just minutes before we checked in, so no complaints. The service by the staff needs special mention. From the security, to the reception staff and other service staffs , each and every one was very co operative, helpful, and was keen to help us . The restaurant was also good, the staff there suggested few special dishes also. But the waiting time at the restaurant was bit longer. Complimentary breakfast was decent but with limited items.

New property, neatly maintained. Staff are courteous. Owner also a nice man. Safe for family. There is no common swimming pool. It's attached to suite room. Saw the photos and booked for the pool later was informed. However owner informed in 3 months they'll come up with common pool.

Had a pleasant experience here. We stayed here for a night. The staff were polite. Rooms were near and clean. They have a restaurant in 3rd flr. Breakfast options were good (mainly South Indian) but dinner options were very limited. Overall had good experience.

Stayed at Hotel Apple Inn with my friends. The rooms were clean, neat, and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and had a peaceful atmosphere. Staff were polite and helpful during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it's a nice place for a simple and relaxing stay

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is relatively new. The rooms are fresh and neat, and I'd rate them a 4 out of 5. The front desk staff is helpful, but they seem to lack proper training. I paid an extra 300 for a room with a balcony, which was supposed to have a mountain view. However, the actual view was of a staircase and a water tank. The balcony itself was narrow and not worth the extra cost. During my stay, I noticed that the hotel was not fully booked, and I felt that they could have easily upgraded me to a better room. Unfortunately, my stay was marred by two incidents. Firstly, I received a call from the reception at 11 pm asking me to switch off the balcony lights. When I didn't respond, the staff member came to my room at 11:20 pm to remind me again. I found this to be unnecessary and intrusive. Secondly, since the hotel didn't have a restaurant, they sent a packed breakfast to my room the next morning. However, the staff member rang the doorbell to deliver the breakfast, which disturbed my sleep again. Overall, I think the management needs to train their staff to be more considerate and professional in their interactions with guests. Paying for a room should ensure a peaceful and undisturbed stay, not constant interruptions.

The hotel stay was pretty comfortable even though we had a very short stay. I stayed here 2 days back and the place is pretty new. The staffs are considerate and helpful. Rooms are prim and proper. Overall it was a very decent experience.

Awesome place for both family and friends We stayed in suite room had a wonderful time with the private pool. I would recommend this hotel for both official and also personal trips. This hotel is on the way to Valpari. Very good location for people to stay and then start their Valpari journey.
