Aditya Residency

Visited for refreshment 2 months before, and now we have made a decision to stay in Aditya Residency only. The staff is very kind and safe. They have clean linens, quiet place with ample parking, good staffs with helping hands. Respect, Loyal that's the only sayings. Thanks to Aditya Residency and also thankful to your Staffs.

Affordable lodge With mint condition. With ample parking, well ventilated areas, child friendly. When sudden water supply stops while we use, we contacted reception in un time and they solved within 2. Minutes. Well approached by the staff. Safe for women.

Neat and clean. Affordable lodge with parking facilities. Reception staffs were friendly and helpful when in need. Although, such a nice experience.

Well appointed rooms neat and clean. Very close to the Pollachi busstand with parking facility. The residence staff guided us and arranged for tour with vehicle in a reasonable amount. Thanks to the reception manager.

A very low key hotel never suitable for people who really need to rest. During our travel from Mangalore to tirunelveli. As late night we picked the hotel due to its positive reviews on 12 May 2025. But we couldn't sleep not even for one hour. Too noisy and hallway light was completely made the room bright. (see pic) Toilet wall and ta/ floor - no cleanliness. They charged 1750 for per night. first gave 105 room where flush was not working and changed to 102 - there-toilet light was flickering made uncomfortable to use. 13th early morning before 3.57am, i got intercom call that AC is working in your room.... Which made us to check out and hit the road at 4.45am... Important : reviewers pl give real scenario.

Very near bus stand, affordable decent stay with car parking. Clean bathrooms, well maintained like home. Food also homely mess food.

Budget hotel near Pollachi bus stand. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. Parking lot available. Rooms are located in the first and second floor accessible through staircase

Simply decent lodge with clean room and toilet maintenance. AC performance excellent. Parking facility good. Opposite Aditya mess, good taste, homely mess. They guided for tour also to near by places.
