Wonderful location. Rooms are good. Well maintained. Mid level budget if travelling with two or three families. Worth the money spent. Hospitality is very good. Rooms lack little things that could make the experience much better. Otherwise I would highly recommend it for vacation. Location wise the resort has a little inside from the main road, so need to depend on google maps to commute.

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, the system requires at least one star to submit a review. I strongly advise against booking this resort, as my experience here was nothing short of terrible. From the moment we arrived, we faced multiple issues. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, showing no courtesy or willingness to assist guests. The overall service was poor, and it was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The food was absolutely horrible--probably the worst I have ever had at a resort. They do not have a proper chef or a well-maintained kitchen, and the quality of the meals was unacceptable. Even a roadside eatery would provide better food and service than this place. Adding to the disappointment, basic facilities like a generator were not functional. In case of a power outage, there was no backup, making the stay uncomfortable. We had booked this resort for a team lunch with a day outing, expecting a decent experience, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time and money. The outdoor activities were poorly maintained, and there was hardly anything engaging or enjoyable to do. Overall, this resort lacks quality service, proper amenities, and basic hospitality standards. If you're looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience, I highly recommend choosing a different place. Do not waste your time and money here!

Been there for 2 days . stayed with family of 8 adults and 5 kids in premiums 3 bhk villa . Rooms ,food, service all good . Swim.pool height - above 5 feet Complimentary b.fast/snacks won't be provided @ room .only @ restaurants... But the entire experience has been spoiled by powercut of almost 3 hours (6pm-9pm) Informed front office they sent technicians but still we didn't get constant power for that time . Cost - 60k/2days premium 3bhk villa Food and activities - 14k /2days *Management should look into alternatives for such situations as we have faced . *And food service to room could be improved *Should have enough cycles and facilities for all the occupants for all the villas

I recently stayed in a 3BHK villa for three days, and while the property has immense potential, the experience was ruined by terrible maintenance. Positives: 1. The property itself is exquisitely designed and offers a serene environment. 2. The food was decent, and the evenings were entertaining, particularly for kids and parents, thanks to engaging performances. 3. Indoor games at the restaurant were enjoyable, and the cricket nets were in good condition. Areas for Improvement: 1. Delayed Check-In: Check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, but the rooms were only ready by 4 PM. 2. Unclean Gardens: Both the front and back gardens were littered with food waste and rubbish from previous guests. Despite multiple reminders, the waste wasn't cleared even until we checked out. 3. Bathroom Hygiene: The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, and there was a foul smell coming from the kitchen. The kettle provided was rusty, and we had to exchange it at the reception for a usable one. Additionally, we had to call the reception daily to request cleaning of the swimming pool. 4. Dirty Windows: The windows in both the hall and bedrooms were covered with dead insects and bugs. 5. Cycle Maintenance: While having cycles available was a good concept, only a very few were in working condition. The rest either had flat tires or lacked functioning brakes. 6. Restaurant Restrooms: The restrooms and hand-washing area near the restaurant were poorly maintained, with water clogging most of the time. The poor maintenance seems to be due to being severely short-staffed. I noticed the same staff members handling multiple roles, including reception, housekeeping, and restaurant duties. Suggestions for Management: Only book as many villas as the current staff can manage until you hire more personnel. At 23,000 per night, guests expect high standards of maintenance and service. Falling short on basic amenities makes the pricing feel unjustifiable and it's a complete joke. Focus on maintaining cleanliness and ensuring advertised features are in working condition. With better staffing and attention to maintenance, this property has the potential to offer a truly memorable experience.

One of the Worst Resort Experiences Ever - Completely Disappointed I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience to save others the trouble. From the moment we arrived at this resort, things started going downhill. We booked a 2BHK villa with an indoor jacuzzi pool, expecting a relaxing stay with family, as my parents rarely ever take a vacation, but this resort turned out to be a complete disaster and completely ruined our experience. To start with, check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but we were made to wait until 3:30 PM because the room was "still being cleaned." Shockingly, even after that delay, the villa was nowhere near clean. Bugs and insects were crawling inside the room and along the window frames. It felt unhygienic and neglected. There were no towels provided, and the intercom/landline phone didn't work, which made it impossible to reach reception or room service. The area is a low network zone, so we had no way to contact room service or the front desk. We were forced to step out of the villa every time we needed something or just hope that we saw some staff walking by. We were told the complimentary breakfast would be fully vegetarian, but they placed a non-vegetarian curry right alongside, without proper separation--highly insensitive and unacceptable for vegetarian guests. On top of that, flies were hovering all over the food, which was left exposed. Cleanliness in the dining area was clearly not a priority. The resort was heavily understaffed, and it showed. No one seemed to care until we raised our voices in frustration. Only then did they start offering minimal help reluctantly. Overall, the management was utterly unprofessional and incompetent. The place is clearly being run without any accountability or standards. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we've had. Save your money and peace of mind--do not book this resort.

Best place for a holiday trip. They have variety of entertainment like games, horse riding for kids n elders. Hospitality is good. Service is nice. They have planned a meditation centre inside. Villas are so spacious and awesome. Best for shooting films and photoshoot

We stayed at Coconest in last week. It was amazing stay destination for a family. The unique concept was individual swimming pool. Food was really appreciated. Ambiance and staff were more advantage for this property. Highly recommend to all.
