Vedic Village,Sriperumbudur ( formerly known as Citrus Hotel )

This hotel has some definite pros and cons. While the rooms are quite dated and the washrooms need a serious upgrade, the beds were surprisingly comfortable - a definite plus! The food was a highlight, with delicious options, though I'd advise against the breads as they tend to be burnt. The hotel grounds offer a relaxing atmosphere, but be prepared for a bumpy ride getting there due to the poor road conditions. Overall, a mixed experience.

Very nice stay ,, food part was awesome and swimming pool was very clean ...|Room are very hygienic... |We have some suggestions regarding for the road conditions...entrance there was no street light and very kinda scary during night time .... But overall inside the hotel was very good stay

Very good property. The location is slightly away from the main road. If you have your own vehicle then it's the best place to rest . Food was good.

Services is very good,food is delicious and staff are excellent and The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions

PATHWAY: it is simple but,the road which takes u to the hotel is in bad condition.especially when u travel at night be careful becoz there will be liquor bottles with some guys .there will be no problem if ur in a car but see carefully when driving becoz there might be bottles which can damage ur car tire. POOL: The pool water contained excess amount of chlorine. they didn't even keep the towel ready. Ok now let's enter to the main part ROOMS:the rooms are the worst ,when we entered we found that the room is dirty and THE BED HAS RAT'S POOP(TOILET or SHIT) we asked them about this , they told that it has been just two days but actual truth is nobody has entered this room for months and nobody has cleaned it. if you come as a family and asked for an extra bed . the bed is so hard to sleep. IF YOU COMING AS A FAMILY OR A FRIENDS REUNION ,I WILL DEFINITELY NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL. It's not worth it. FOOD:it was good not bad but ,evening we ordered a pakoda with is sooooo salty ,the breakfast was good. EXPERIENCE: when we slept in the room at night i heard a scratchy sound on my head And realised it was a rat rani scratching we woke up at 6:50 and called the reception my phone but there is no answer so even directly to the reception and complaint about this they said "OH THERE IS A RAT OKAY" they didn't even consider and come to see the room. The answer at 17:10,We got frustrated and thought to capture in our phone(photo) yeah finally captured it ,but we lost our sleep. ALL THE STAFFS WERE RUDE EXCEPT A SHORT MALYALI GIRL (I don't her name ) WAS SWEET AND ONE TAMIL GUY helped us. There will be some good reviews recently 80% will be fake created by the hotel don't believe all! FINALLY I'M TELLING THAT DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL DON'T WASTE UR MONEY

This was my 2nd stay. 1st was in march - i liked it. During this visit everything went wrong. 1st they said that if you book directly , we give better tariff/ discount. The tariff charged was 30% higher. Then, no exhaust in dirty bathroom, no intercom in the room, no hand towel, no slippers. Smell of cigarette in the non-smoking room. I reached late. The packed food i requested (soup -sandwich or dal-chawal) was not only not provided but it was stale too. I guess, they have they are booked well. Why bother for the customer

Rooms are good. Food is very average and needs lots of improvement. The swimming pool is not cleaned and not properly maintained. Hot water issues are very common. The road to the resort is bizarre so you have to watch out.

Very fantastic & peaceful Location. I enjoyed
