Neat and spacious Rooms .. pleasant stay ,worth for the Money

Total 3 RD HOTEL hotel in this only one have restorent remaining 2 don't hv . other RD carry food from there.The main rd hotel is with restorent in this receptionist is very worst. And he didn't no how to handle customer. If one time is happened ok,bt it happen repeatedly. Some cooking staffs come and manage the situation. Worst management

Nice approach, Room was clean & neatness, very quiet place

Please note there are 3 RD Hotels in 1km radius. They send you to other locations from the main branch. They directed me another branch. For the money I booked the hotel for, it was a total waste and disappointment. Hotel is not well-maintained. It is located in a very crowded bazaar area. Only very experienced drivers can park as the way to parking can us too small just enough for car to go. Parking space is limited, you have to wait for others to remove their car. Service was terrible, no proper response. Main of all, no hot water service and they didn't fix it even next day. Powers cuts were frequent and didn't come back for a while. Room was tiny and dull.

Gutter smell in bathroom and room, The room was good maintained.

I booked 3 rooms in main branch (near bus stand). Another 4 in erode road. In all these rooms we suffered at mrng at bathroom. None of the rooms toilet flush worked. In my room bathroom not even any water tap works. I complained to reception, they checked and confirm. Assured to provide another room but not provided still nxt day (even though they had). We suffered a lot in mrng. As previous guests comments, me to experience worst stay. Worst....worst....worst....

Worst hotel system even single water bottle not available for the room. If we asked then they will say water bottle is not in complementary, and rooms things are poor maintenance and mosquitoes free rooms.

There is no option to give zero star rating or else I would have opted for that, receptionist has zero hospitality, rooms are not that clean, there is no bathroom basin inside the washroom, housekeeping is too poor, please don't come to this hotel!!!! they only want money!!!! Worst hotel in this surrounding!!!!
